we have to drive to the alabama state line because my dad left his nascar tickets here and we are meeting halfway. we have to drive 4 hours. and we were hoping to just get high and get in the hottub. our plans are ruined.

todays sesh wasnt so bad.

hit new stuff, including

fairy osis, (far, ss)

fairy pinching osis, f. p. legover.

pendulous butter

lots of longer guiltless strings today, like 15-20 contacts avg.

most had some clean double downs in them.

the ride from the top of tennessee to the bottom and back today sucked.

i played nintendo ds for a while, but being in the car has made my back hurt.

to the hot tub!!!

damn mosher... your dad drove from canada to see nascar?! thats crazy. (i guess maybe he doesnt live in canada though). i have a friend thats from BC and his dad loves nascar more than southerners love it. but that whole family is weird.

we didnt have a choice on meeting my dad at the state line. my parents left thursday for vacation and theyre supposed to be gone till next saturday. if i would have told them no it would have ruined the rest of their trip. i want them gone as long as possible.

i need to figure something out soon. almost all of my muscles are jello right now. that spot on my thigh right above my knee is killing me along with upper thigh pain, back pain, and my shoulders are sore from driving so much yesterday. icy hot helped a little along with the hot tub and weed. im guessing the reason im in so much pain is because im finally losing fat and gaining muscles. its just baby fat but since ive started footbag ive gone down in pant size by like... 4. i was 11 but now im 7. but this has been awesome.

mirages and legovers are getting clean. pickups are being worked on. and illusion is being worked on too. brian said he would go dancing with me when i hit butterfly. i love dancing but he hates it. this will be fucking sweet.

time to go smoke and maybe record a short shred.

there is an army of slugs on the back porch. brian stepped on one barefoot. what exactly do slugs do, anyway?

Slugs just sit there and wait for you to step on them. Their ghost laughs at you while you try and scrub them off your foot, and fail miserably.

I'm that you stepped on one, that's awful news. Both for your foot, and the slug.

Cheers.

so today was the last day mom and dad are out of town. i had to get the house cleaned and do a shit ton of laundry. finally taking the time to clean mine and brians room was rewarding. there were so many scraps of floss and i didnt vaccuum so there is a lot of lead shot left in the carpet.

i finally got some flea medicine for buddy and he's all over the place trying to get it off him. dumb ass dog.

south easterns are this weekend. fuck yeah. i need to mod my lavers soon. i got athletic insoles to replace the ones that come in them. climas will always be number one.

a guy named trey will be staying the night saturday. sweet. hope he smokes.

i love you brian. im proud of you. i hope you see that.

stepping paradox barrage (blurrage)

food processor (stepping paradox blender)

diving ss whirl

hit some good stuff. i dont know if anything was new for me. maybe stepping grifter. im pretty sure i hit that.

had some good sic 3s.

terrage>paradon>barrage. 4th place. in open.

had a score of 70.93 for my shred 30, again in 4th open.

hit bedwetter for my unnofficial sic 1.

holly hit some good stuff, i think pickup b2b, and bs mirage.

as prize bags i got some crappy freestyle bags by prokicker.

yeah i hit some new stuff at southeasterns. here is what i can do now...

mirage both sides.
pickup (new) b2b.
legover b2b.
illusion (not often at all)

i will be working on clippers now. and double dexing.

i was disappointed in south easterns. i did have fun though. there were no novice comps and no one would talk top me or look me in the eye or give me props or feedback. this really pisses me off because girl footbaggers need just as much feedback as guy footbaggers.

we have this project for graphic design class for a domestic violence help center. we are supposed to make 3 billboards that will be placed around nashville and we are supposed to target a certain audience.

my audience will be victims.

i did a sort of photo shoot today... brian was killed in the making...
Image
it will be worked out a little more when i get into the making of it... this is just the uploaded image i took from my camera. chocolate syrup does wonders in black and white photos.

brian and i came home to a suprise. we have something new to shred with...

Image
my dad has been working for gibson guitars for 20 something years and they were making a prototype guitar and the boss didnt like the design so dad asked for it and here it is. its supposed to look like denim in a way. the strings pull through the sg body. cant wait to get the factory strings off of it and put on some ernie ball slinkys.

some of my artwork is soon to come also.

Don't let that experience give you the wrong impression. Women often get just as much positive feedback (props) if not more than guys at the same level.

Dude, Holly I as a male footbagger I don't recieve a lot of props. Even from my 'friends' within the scene. It's not because they don't want to, it's because they never see me reach the potential that I'm able to. I only see it, because I shred solo every day, and that session in which I'm able to look at and be like 'Wow, that was great, I superceded my expectations, and realized the minimum goals I set', no one will ever see that except for me, unless I write about it, or film it. Props on keepin' your game up! You guys rock.

And I'll even give you a challenge that Big Add Chad gave me:> ss legover>butter>rpt. It helped me out tremendously with my game, and I hope it does the same for you. Oh, and keep up those pickups, they'll pay off big time later on.

Hey guys,

I look forward to meeting you both at NYJ!

I bet your experience at NYJ will be waaaaaaaaaaaay different than SE.

I like giving props and I give them out wherever appropriate, everyone likes getting recognition for their accomplishments.

Oh yeah, and I will look you in the eyes too! :P

Props on the stuff both of you hit. :)

i finally finished my billboard project for the domestic violence help centers.
http://holly.angelblade.com/webimages/billboard.jpg
its been hell but its finally over.

Image
brian and i got some stuff to screen print with. im working on my skull and crossbones logo to go on bags. someone recently told me not to do it because they were doing footbag and crossbones but i feel this is unfair because pirates are obviously my thing. fuck it though... drama sucks balls.

its too cold to footbag outside now. :( so brian and i are trying to find a good place inside that doesnt cost too much. we met lee at the ymca the other day and that place is nice and all but there were a few problems: they told me to zip up my shirt because it says "you say tomato, i say fuck you"... and there were these kids bothering us that kept us from having a productive session. fuck the ymca.

my twin bro GAVE me a bag of weed today even after he told me it was $30. that made me happy. but what really made me happy is he let me give him a mohawk! he totally looks like a hardcore mr. t! talkin about, bad for the kids!

and i did a new mod on my gunits. pictures coming soon.

edit: nyj is going to be bad ass! im trading with 3 stitchers and im giving some to special people for xmas. i need to train harder and get much better before then. brian and i are out of school after december 8th so we are planning on training every day that we are off. but no so much we are too sore. we will also be having to pump bags out so that will give us time to rest. im excited about meeting good footbaggers and im really excited about footbagging with girls for my first time. nyj is going to be an awesome experience and i know im gonna come back super motivated (although im already a bit motivated)
