Hi Modified! My girlfriend Asia will have a presentation about Footbag tomorrow for her English class and we made for this ocasion a small shredvideo with no Cod in there ;) (well, I'm in a mirror from time to time, lol). Comments are welcome :).

a school-presentation? thats hot!

ive been doing something similar, that was fun. i think she got a magic stalling technique it looks like the bag is stalling itself ;) i couldnt find you in the mirror, though.

lots of good links in there, really! demonstrated a good ability to play into and out of tricks.

tips for improvement:
-delay the clipper on the way down
-slow down the dexing leg after the completion of the dex so that your set for the next move isnt at chest level

Am I the only one that can't watch this? Firefox says I need the plugin, but well, I don't..So I download it, and realplayer and quicktime wont play it...

Ah, VLC media player does the trick. But regarding to the post below, well, I tried downloading it to my Hard drive, but Real/Windows/Quicktime still wouldn't play it..Weird...

It's an AVI file. Try downloading the actual file to your HD and running it. Windows Media player or Quicktime should be able to play it.

She has got some good basics down and she's pretty cute too. Way to go Cod!
