Don't know if any of you keep up with it since half this board is not from America but....
Just be happy that Miami is only our first victims. Mwahahaha.

I'm calling it right now. Packers will get the 4th pick in the draft with another 4-12 season. Donald Driver, our only decent veteran receiver will get hurt within the first 3 weeks, and it will be another dissapointing season. yet i will still watch every game religiously.
Patriots = jagoffs. They will not win their division. Tom brady isnt even that good. anyone could win with the teams they had during their super bowl run. hell i did for a season. i just posed as brady and dominated

Iunno what the Bears 'll be like but i hope they offense coach relizes that Greise should be the starter. Hope the D has another dominating year.
Henry, I know i shouldnt like the Packers cause im a bears fan but I've always have been one secretly. And I thnk Farve only needs 4 more TDs to beat Marino's career TDs, thats prolly why hes still playing. The Packers ARE gunna suck this year sadly.

What will football be like in 18,000 years?gangsta wrote:Farve's still playing?!? In 20006?!
In all seriousness
I hate the fuckin' steelers dawg. So they beat Miami, who SUCKS, by 7 points. That doesn't prove nothin fool. Let's see what happens Sunday, that's when the rest of the season starts.
Patriots are my AFC team, Eagles for the NFC homes. I'm no frontrunner though, I grew up in Boston and went to college in Philly. Now I live in Texas and couldn't give a rats ass about the Texans or the Cowboys. I'm really pumped about the Pats this year man.
If you live in PA you gotta have some love for the Eagles though right? Have you seen that movie Invincible yet? It's fuckin sweet. FLY EAGLES FLY ON THE ROAD TO VICTORY! HIT EM LOW! HIT EM HIGH!!! Where Eagles Dare bro. You gotta love that shit.

Alright, enough out of me. In all truth I'm totally wasted right now.
It is spelled Favre
It is spelled Griese. Like my name
And favre has to get something like 24 TD passes to pass marino.
Patriots and Eagles blow! Packers = favorite team indefinitely. Bears = 2nd fav

Up 13-0 in the first and lose.. pathetic. They took the 2nd and 3rd quarters off.

I was born and raised in Phoenix and always disliked the Cardinals. So whenever they're on, I kind of root for them to lose. This was so funny. I was cracking up the whole 2nd half.
As long as the Cardinals are owned by Bidwill, they will always lose. This was the first time they've been on Monday night football since 1999 and this is proof to why. They have had only 1 winning season since 1985. That's 1 winning season since I've been alive.....so sad.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

Yeah, the Bear's are a good team, but tonight showed that they're really nothing spectacular, and will have to rely on defense to win games down the stretch. I had confidence in Grossman, but that disapeared tonight with 4 picks and 2 fumbles. Yeah right '85.
I'm really pissed at the Cardinal's right now. They kept giving Edgerin James the ball the entire game, and it got them a few yards and a bunch of failed 3rd down attempts. The Cardinal's O line just isn't that good at creating holes, but they did do an alright job giving Leinart time in the pocket tonight. It was kind of stupid for the Arizona staff to insist on giving James the ball so much from the first to last minute of the game though, because Chicago's D line outsized Arizona's O line like crazy. Ugh. I just have a bad taste in my mouth after this one. I was really pulling for Arizona.
All in all though, week 6 ends well for me, because the Seahawks moved into first with our HUGE win against the Rams. I can't stress how big this win was in the scope of the entire season and playoff situation, and we have a lot of weight off our backs now with a consistently easy scheduele ahead of us (It is the NFC after all).
That brings me to another thing I've been wondering about, which is how good the NFC actually is. Coming into the season people were talking about the Seahawks, the Bears, the Giants, the Falcons, and the Eagles. I think these last six games (Specifically this weekends games) have showed that all of these teams aren't as powerful as people expected them to be coming into the season.
And the Hawks wont have Sean Alexander for another two fucking weeks. Gaaah.
Go Saints though.

Well I'm a bit biased, but I think the Eagles have been kicking ass. They're 4-2 now but both of those losses have been razor close (one by 3pts, one in OT). We're still less than halfway through the season. Anything could happen. "That's football".BainbridgeShred wrote:That brings me to another thing I've been wondering about, which is how good the NFC actually is.
