What qualifies as a "good" place to shred?

Post by jay7 »

Peronally, as long as you don't slip, have some form of concrete/stone and it's light enough to see the bag I think it's a good place. However since I am a solo shredded 99% of the time, I never think about the traffic of people, where people could eat etc...

So, modified, what makes a place a Good place to shred? (For 2 - whatever amount of people)

As always, search came up with every thread ever made..

Some components of a good shred spot
 Flat surface, stone/pavement is ok but softer surface like a mat or tennis court to reduce impact on the body is ideal
 Indoors or shaded outdoors is ideal
 Plenty of hot babes around to check you out and fight with each other over who gets to bring you home at the end of the session
 Nearby water supply (water bubbler, etc) to fill up your water bottle so you can stay hydrated
 Nearby small pole or similar device to practice dexercising
 Nearby stairs or bench to sit on during breaks and also use for stretches
 Nearby pool to jump in after the session to cool off (with or without above said hot babes)

these are a must:

- good lighting (if not outside during the day)
- non-slippery surface
- flat
- not too windy
- at least 4sq m.

These are bonus points:

- compfy surface (carpet for ex)
- inside (see warmth and no wind)
- good lighting (no direct shadows or lack of light)
- at leat 16 sq m.
- power point close by (for music)
- cold water source close by
