flip dlo is a pain.. but it's coming a long a bit - I can hit pixie set out of it whenever i do manage to hit it.

I'm laying off crossbody for a while, till I totally rework my stance with consecutive infinity and clipper - my flip stepping will never improve with the way I hold myself for it. If anyone reading this knows of some good lower back strengthening exercises it'd be nice if you could post them

Dont worry guys ive been shreding alot. So much that ive hurt myself and pulled my groin. It feels fucked up when i physically touch it. So now ive been dedicating my shred to practicing my flipside. Its been two days of flip tiltless and things are fun. 10 atws flipside first try(both directions). Flip double atw lookin good

haha.. i'm in the same boat - right knee needs some time off so I'm drilling flip pixie and drifter. you might just wanna take a couple days off if it hurts that bad though. better heal up by next weekend

So far i got hurt more today. Someone kicked me in the calf when i we were doing a 15 man jump rope. My knee hurts like fuck but my flip pixie sounds straight. I did a all flip magellen>smear>megallen>smear>pixie leogover.

worked swirl all day yesterday, i think i hit around 15 each side - even footed reverse twirl. Unfortunately even that light of play made my knee feel worse so I'm just gonna take the week off. I'd like to play Sunday, however

I hit pixie muted clip>spinning osis>torque>seal yesterday first try. Almost landed it flip but i only hurt my groin more
