4 of the last 5 days - my knee feels great, now the problem seems similar to jeffs.. or maybe just a strained shin muscle, so i'll be taking a few solid days off if not more.

tried the symp. mobius. I got the right foot work but i just need the timing

Then i bsosed dyno and blend first try

oh man, I wsih my endurance was currently that good, I'm having a hard time hiting ten moves runs or greater right now.. Keep shredding, don't take breaks to complete exhausting amounts of homework.... Keep up the good work I'll see you guys in a few months....

I suppose if you put your one leg above your head so the butterfly part of the ripped warrior is done up time like a shooting with a duck in the middle, you could do the ripstein at the end.
