Why Am I (almost) Always Right?

Post by Senor Grommet »

It seems like every time I (Senor Grommet) make a new topic, or even when I respond to a topic someone else has made, I'm f-cking spot on (target). I always know what I'm talking about, or else I don't post my "opinion," which is basically fact anyway.

I could go on and on about how I am right on so many levels, but I will just name a few instances in which my brilliance shines through so as not to seem too conceited:

1) Dexercising thread started by IronCladBen: dexercising is a good idea; I made my own dexing contraption and it has already helped me to hit TATW barefoot and improved my single leg dbl dexes. Everyone should try to make their own, or at least air dex when they're not shredding.

2) Don't sell your bags too early thread: Mosher just made one about this, during which he preaches for new stitchers to not sell their bags too early.
Sorry Mosh, but if you did the research you'd see that Ive already made two separate threads about newbie stitchers clearly stating their newbiness and warning them about not selling bags early. Its good for this topic to come up again though, copycat :)

3) The "Bags I've (any stitcher here) Made" Thread: brilliant fucking idea, questioned at first by the masses, but which has now caught on like mutha f-ckin' wildfire. 118 pages of glory . . . you can thank me later.

4)Chuck Norris Footbag Facts thread: a direct quote of the funniest joke, which coincidentally happens to have been written by ME:
"The only indestructible element on earth is Chuck Norris pubic hair. Coincidentally, Vasek Klouda's footbags are woven from strands of Chuck Norris pubic hair, which is why Klouda's bags never get holes."

The list is endless, and if you dont believe me, do a search on posts by Senor Grommet. You could learn a thing or two.

hopefully i wont see that later in a thread titled:
Why Am I (almost) Always Right?

edit-as unlikely as it is that i really did misspell a word in the post above, fixing exactly such an error is the cause of this edit. though it was obviously more of a mis-type than a mis-spell

Now that's a funny picture! LOL.

And to answer Nate's query, I think the threads I'm thinking of vanished as a result of "summer cleanup," so I can't really post links to them. Sorry, and my apologies to Mosher, whose thread was justified.

I voted yes, which I assumed meant that Grommet is mostly correct. :)

I did dig into the search of his posts, for some obvious stuff that proves he was wrong, but havent found any yet.

I did go into the Sudan (genocide) thread that nobody had touched since the beginnng of the year. Apparently because we dont care.

I didn't find Senor grommet making incorrect assumptions, but I did find Jeremy raving about how great the peace talks were, and how this showed us how negotiation and compromise was THE answer to armed conflicts.

Yet, this year the wanton ,racist , muslim murder continues. With more expected when African Union troops withdrawl, if not occuring already.

Ill have to look some more, for nostalgia, and because me and Grommet must have disagreed on at least one thing.

And we can't both be correct all the time. :)

*slams head on desk repeatedly

Warning: Jeremy's ego has hit critical mass.

Dexercising: it helps, you're right.
I didn't think Mosher's thread was preachy.
How does starting a popular thread make you right?
That's a damn funny joke. You're right.
