Mike Anello shows you some both sided and repeat combos he has hit recently. It is drills like these that build strength, versatility, and a sense of humor.

Please comment. I would like to know how people perceive my shred.

Thanks.

Excellent stuff! I especially like the shuffle and ducking moves back to back on that longest drill.

Mike Anello!!! Definitely your best yet. Loved those long drills with both sided ducking, LOVED the ducking illusions... those aren't nearly as common as ducking mirages. Fucking sweet, buddy. It's great seeing your game get better and better.

Gogo toe ducking posse! The ducking illusion drill was phat. I really like your trick selection. Drills are where it's at.

Wow! Heel Ducking Heel, by far my fave.

The repeat part of all those drills was impressive to me. Man, when you hit the ducking/weaving drill, how do you remember what to hit next on that haha. Zulu leg was also really neat lookin. Thanks for the inspiration. Matt Cross!
