I got 800 grams of lead shot (size 7/12) from Dicks sporting goods for $5.06 ...did i get a good deal or did i get ripped off?

You got a bad deal cuz the lead's gonna kill you.


Assuming you put 40 grams in each bag...

Divide 800 by 40 and you get 20. 20 bags for $5.06. It all kinda depends on what is available to you in your area and if you want to ship stuff to you and everything.

when put through a converter...
800g = 1.76... lbs for $5. if you can get 25 lbs for $20, for the same rate, you're missing out big time, sry man

i made an even worse deal once...
it was $8 for 40g (chrome ball bearings)... i had no idea what i was doing, the shots were too big, didn't weigh enough, and way too hard. i like the lead packs, small and awesome

we bought a 25 pound bag of lead shot from bass pro shop for $22.
