Dude "Pool of Radiance" was the most advanced RPG of its time when it came out in 1989. I remember when thinking that game was as good as it could possibly get. There will always be more illustrious and intriguiging ways to waste the precious time you have on this earth.
I have been playing since the game released. I have:
60 Undead Warlock
43 Orc Rogue
22 NE Priest
21 Human Mage
20 NE Warrior
I think it's a lot of fun to play and work together with people from all over the world as well as my real life friends. I also have a real life that I would consider more fulfilling than most. I don't think warcraft is evil by any means. I have advanced very far in the game and am not addicted. The people who give in to it and play all day have very weak will power. They would probably end up doing some other form of nothing or doing drugs anyway. And the people that judge others so seriously based on a video game are just as obsessive with other forms of distraction if you look hard enough (How long have you spent on modified???) I love spending about an hour a day not really thinking and just shooting fireballs etc. at fantasy creatures to wind down from a hard day's work.
And as for the $15 a month. I haven't had to buy a new video game or system for almost 2 years. So I'd call it even.
yeah i quit . . .then i went back to it cuz im retarded, had my warlock up to 60 with full teir 2 almost and a 41 rogue but im selling my account on ebay and using the money to get me to nyj hopefully that is if anyone will buy it
but i havent played it for about 2 weeks now, i dont miss it at all. . .
