And i bsoed vortex and had some long cool string

good stuff

last session I had was OK (like 4 days ago) - I had some long toe shuffle and my flip pixie and flip stepping were feeling really natural, hit ripped warrior without to much whiplash, and reverse twirl.

got some spencos the other day and put them in some leather lavers I've had sitting around, I just went for a walk and my knees feel pretty refreshed - hopefully we can all kick in a few weeks

on another note: Chris, I need to get your bag to you

i mailed out jakes bag and i cant wait for my new Josh raye and Jrstub bags to arrive. So far my bag i got from him is really good

My custom capitan america bag is comin. I want it so bad

Shred with Sean. I drilled for a while then i shredded. After that i landed 69 infinities first try

ok sweet! I got two more shredders in palatine comin in. A guy named David and a guy named Cole. They both ordered lavers and 32s(yay

) Right now davids using a pair of my friends lavers and coles using a pair of oversized ripped up old lavers that jeff sold him(they were almost new when he got them)
I had a shred with cole today and i practiced gyro.
gyro clipper 5x
bsosed gyro mirage twice in one string(almost 3 times)
footed barroque
gyro osis bsosed alot midstring
footed flip in-out DATW
footed flip alpine legbeater

I cant wait to shred with the new guys again
