Yo Jorden, I know Mosher is driving down, so maybe contact him and meet him for a ride somewhere.

Organization wise things are OK. This is really more of a jam than a tourney, so expect a pretty laid-back atmosphere. The venue is great, we have crash space, and we have some prizes, so that's going well.

We're working on t-shirts, and there's also a juggling show going on the night of the 11th, which is world-class. The best juggler in the world is performing, I'm gonna be in the show, and lots of other sick people too. Tickets are normally $15, but if people email me now telling me they want to come, I can reserve some for $10 a piece. Interested parties either email me at ks435 at cornell dot edu, or post in this thread.

I would like to reserve 3 tickets for the show!

I am getting a ride from Mark Giard who is driving down from Montreal.. if Jorden can get to Kingston to join us that'd be great!

Cool, I'm glad to hear all of you are coming.

Maybe Luis knows more about this than me, but who else is coming from Montreal besides Marc? And what about the rest of Southern Ontario? FAT? TOFU? Toronto and Ottawa are both only 4 hours away, and we are providing FREE accomodation.

Do people want to see an attendees list? Would that convince more people to come? If so we'll get Luis to make one.

Glad to see so much interest in the juggling show Saturday night. It's gonna be a sweet show; people are driving in from all parts of the East Coast and paying $15 JUST to see the show, so the fact that we can get in for $10 and see some of the best jugglers in the world is really a great opportunity.

Because the show is pretty much a guaranteed sellout, if you are putting yourself down for a ticket request, you are committing $10, cause I have to secure the tickets ahead of time.

Juggling show ticket requests so far:

Jason Varvaro- 2
Pete Bowler-2
Danny Petrick- 3
Nathan Pipenberg- 3
Pat Tallon-1
Waylon Lew-1
Josh Lewis -1
Tom Mosher- 3

Formal schedule will be posted soon, probably today.

For now, the tentative schedule boiled down is: all competition will take place early on Saturday afternoon. This is a jam, not a tourney, so we want comp to be light and finish quick, and the rest of the time to be spent shredding and playing 4square.

Friday night: people arrive, shred in the gym from 8pm to midnight.

Saturday: Competition for all events starts at 12 pm. Be on time or be cut, no exceptions. Comp ends around 2-3 pm. Juggling show at 7 pm. Gym reopens at 9 pm-midnight.

Sunday: shred and 4square for fun all day. Goodbyes.

Id like a ticket to the juggling show. dunno about pat and willie though. Im pretty confident that they would like to see it though. so put me down for 1 definitley, possibly 3.

I've got 2 papers, a presentation due and two tests the week of this tourny. It'll be a nice treat to have them all over with ready to shred. Get ready to PARTY!!
