Im fucking astounded ; every time I eat an apple I feel like im gonna throw up, I dont know if anybody else has the same problem... Its not really a problem though.......I could just stop eating apples.

green apples make me sick if i eat the whole thing. but not the kind of throw up sick.

maybe youre allergic to apples?

The skin is the only thing my makes me sick.

So I always peel my apples.

When I eat apples I eat the entire thing - skin, flesh, core, seeds and all. I don't ever feel sick.

i know of other people that eat literally all of an apple. i like red apples, green are ok. red delicious make the best "apple bowls" imo.

I kinda know what you're saying. After I eat an apple, my stomach does not feel right unless I eat/drink something else. It's not exactly a throw up feeling, more of an uneasy feeling. So I voted yes.

That's why I eat apple sauce, that never makes me feel sick. Mmmm....I love apple sauce.

Apples are good for a sugar rush, when you hit the wall.

And then you aren't weighed down like other foods.

Try a different kind of apple.

edit: dont eat the whole apples, just some.

I don't get sick with apples, but with bananas I get a stomachache and sometimes a headache. Though I love banana cream pie it is weird.

yeah that exact same thing happens to me, and ive done some reading on the subject and come to the conclusion that it is because the skin of an apple is difficult for some people to digest, so your body doesnt agree with it when you eat an apple w/ skin.

i LOVE apples but they amke me sick, so now i peel my apples too and NO PROBLEMS!

when im lazy i just cut the apple up and eat it like watermelon, leaving the skin behind

when im extra extra lazy, i just chew very thoroughly.

i have the even lazier solution. i often just chew for like 10 seconds so i get most of the juice and some of the meat of the apple, and then spit out all the half chewed skin and whatever else with it. not the most economical way to dispense of an apple, but you wind up eating basically no skin, and the method is strangely pleasing to partake in (i actually did it before reading all about this...i just do it...i guess because im lazy or weird or both)
