Seriously this picture should be deleted (or even better, return to the old policy where offensive pictures were not deleted but just changed into links to the picture with a warning). It's ridiculous that a medical picture of a small non erect penis is deleted because it "sexually explicit" but a picture like that one is not. I know what it's of, my brother is a dick, and I think it is a warped policy that mods allow a picture like that and don't allow medical pictures of non erect penises.

Wow i didn't watched the date of this thread. I was thinking that it was created in this year;)
