sjff is done. got back at 4 this morning.

brief summary.
drive wasn't too long. played great the first night. met lots of new people. dylan fry has raider's g-units as well. really enjoyed the company of bret and fletch. they are some cool guys. saw some familiar faces. emily is stretching her lobes and needs to learn the top gun high five for next time we meet. her dynos are ridiculous. fletch hit spinning ducking mirage. that's a badass move. bret is super smooth. byrin is a sex machine in the bed. he put out even though I got crumbs under the sheets.

my knee was super sore the next day. couldn't play much. did lots of watching and some tiltless action. didn't compete. richey's party was crazy. lots of different groups of people. sat in the hot tub. afterwards I found out about some nasty shit that went on in there and all the scuz in the water--my head went under water :( --later people had sex in it. ate shit trying to run to a towel knocking over beers and a trash can. sat and made fun of the "others"--scary gangstas and abercrombie girls.

the next day was fun. my knee felt a little bit better so I tried circle comp. i was going to just go tiltless but was in a circle with lon, nick landes, and daryl. by the time the bag got to me, i'd be dumbfounded by what I just saw and drop after two contacts.

didn't hang out with james as much as I usually do. that was a bummer.

ben skaggs and evan gatesman are insane. evan went into comp unwarmed up and hit scorpions tail>blurriest>superfly. he did some other stuff as well and then almost won shred30.

got two new footbags. joining the 32 revolution

lon is great at discgolf. almost sunk a huge drive

had a 10 gram joint that took 10 king sized papers and a tulip the night before

not playing footbag at a tournament gave me a new perspective on footbag.

think i might start playing an hour a day. just doing repeat drills and such

byrin blew my mind and hit sumo>reactor>ps egg.

forgot. after decimating nick landes in an hours worth of rock paper scissors, he has declared me his arch nemesis. i think i won around 90% of the games

That looks so fucking boss. If you were to throw those normally in strings, you'd be the king of the world.

So I asked my supervisor out on a date today. I was a nervous wreck. palms sweating, a million things racing through my head, change in voice, but she said yes, so i've been walking around with a shit eating grin all day.

finals is next week. it's pretty crazy. In a 36 hour period, I have 10 hours of testing. It hit me this morning. in case you're curious, cortisol is the stress hormone. but the good news from the previous paragraph has overcome that at least for now.

I gotta know the next time you're gonna shred in yo' basement. I don't have very many finals to get ready for. It had better be soon, 'cause I'm going to skip town on Thursday.
