The Saturday night show was sold out and finished with a huge standing ovation.
If you look right now we're on the front of the online Seattle Times

HUGE PROPS to Matt Baker for being a rock star and being the engine of the entire weekend. My wife Jane Zerbe (Jane Jones) gave birth on Friday to our first baby. Amelie Ann Zerbe aka Ming the Destroyer - the SJFF baby! So I haven't been much help.
Big up to the Bake!

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I've got all the results except for the rippin run in the show. If anyone has it could you post the players contacts per round? Also who dropped first? Because the two things will not coincide. It wasn't really official but the numbers sure are interesting. Dat is also verifying my results and may make a results post. I also have to double verify.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came and supported the fest. I feel like every year it get's better and better. We officially had over 200 people attend the festival and had a standing room only show of 275 people. Thanks to everyone for the epic weekend and I can't wait till next year.
Also if you want a green SJFF T-shirt we have some left and are selling them for $5 and if you want a hoodie you should contact Alex Zerbe. They are $25 and we are putting a order in by the end of the week. His contact is [email protected]
Thank you to everyone and I will see you in 360 days!

My Thoughts on SJFF5:
No one really cared about the competetion. No one really watched or paid attention. (this excludes circle) Not having a competetion would have been better. I felt sorry for Justin who was trying to run it and people just weren't paying attention.
The partying was EPIC. Every night was laced with an awesome selection of beer and "extraciriculars" Top notch, top notch.
Borat is an awesome movie (friday) which Justin paid for. It was funny as fuck.
Tim and I almost ran out of gas on the way home. The fuel light was ofor about 20 miles with no exits in sight. I had no cash. Luckily, I didn't get tickets to the show
so I had money left on my debit card and barely made it to a gas station.
Justin is the best host ever! I thank him sincerely for his EXTREME hospitality in every aspect of the tourney.
I played like shit, straight up, all weekend. If you said to me "your game is looking good" I wanted to punch you in the mouth.
I've never had as many people tell me "ciggarettes are bad, you shouldn't smoke" Again, punch in the mouth would be sufficient.
The most fun I had all weekend was getting "104'ed"
and Dat teaching me how to do noob club passing.
I really felt out of place at this tournament. Some of the shit I heard over the weekend was pretty lame. Some comments/actions bothered me a lot and I was pretty close to leaving early.
I left without saying goodbye to lots of people. Sorry for that. I think tournaments have finally lost their appeal for me. I've never been angry or felt embarrassed at a tourney before. I returned home feeling pretty weird about the whole thing. So I'm done with footbag tourneys and pretty much footbag in general. As a mediocre player and a true fan of the game, peace.

Thanks Dat for posting the shred 30, It was really hard to calculate this year and Evan had one move that was after time. I think he would have won if that move had counted, which is totally awesome and crazy!!!!! GO EVAN!!!
That is a very depressing post James!!!! Don't say it's so.
Other results
Circle Contest
1. Jim Penske
2. Dylan Fry
3. Gordon Bevier
Sick Trick and Big 3 I am going to have a vote on.
Rippin run
Lon dropped last but Jim had more contacts so:
1. Jim Penske
2. Lon Smith
3. Gordon Bevier
Jim was feeling sick so he did not really compete, at least in shred 30 sick trick and big 3. the other competitions Rippin and Circle were not official. Actually none of it was official and everyone was a winner!!!!!!!!!
Thanks to everyone
I'll hopefully post the sick trick and big 3 voting tonight.

Alex and I are trying to compile a video of the best of SJFF. If you have video of any of the SJFF festivals we want it. We want all of it. We are willing to pay based on the amount of footage you have. So PM me if you have footage from any of the years and I will have you send it to me.
Thanks,
Matt
