I recently discovered parkour by accident on google, its fucking awesome. When I saw it I thought that it would go perfectly with footbag.
Im assuming other people have heard of this or seen it before I have.

It's quite easy ...

first go here and type in parkour(also make sure to search in the kicking circle)

then you get this nice list of threads

and then click on the links, that you think might contain the info you're looking for.

go watch the new(remade) James Bond movie!

There's a cool chase seen in the beginning with a whole bunch of jumps and stunts.

I was really interested in it, started training, and then I realized "When I'm fifty, I want to walk without my knees, back and everything hurting"...

Footbag just seemed safer for your body...Still really cool.
