I'm sorry I mised I hop

Good session today....worked swirl... double into out dexes... just a practice session. Had two sessions yesterday.. one around two the other around 10:00 both procrastination on my paper i need to write. I will be working on that most of today when I don't ahve to del with classes. My legs were really warmed up for the 10:oo shred yesterday, I don't know whether that was because I played earlier or sat in a hot tub for 30 minutes before. Worked pixies a little bit in every session.. It's a concept that I need to start devoting more attention to. I have a spasm of some sort right under my sternum. Very noticeable. I didn't think much originally but it has been going on and offf for about a week or so now.. It's like when the alien pops out sof weevers chest. Thats what it is, but small. B ut you can see it jumping through ny t-shirt, and it's kind of cool.. I'm still not worried about it because there is no pain and I get spasm all the time at various parts of my body... I fsomething persist or pain ias involved i will probably seek medical assistance. .. action potentials are not firing right or something. Three sessions combined total of 2 hour 45 minutes.

Sorry guys, I haven't posted in a while.

First off thanks so much Shawn and Tom for visiting. That weekend was awesome. You should definitely come down again in the Spring when we hold an event!

You both were shredding well during that cooold outdoor session (even tho I only kicked with Shawn for like 5 min). And by the way Shawn, thanks for teaching Lauren pickup and symp. mirage. I've had a session with her since then and like I told you before she hits both of those moves on both sides.

I can't wait for NYJ. My goal is to have whirling swirl really consistent on both sides by then. In my opinion it's one of the coolest looking moves in footbag (much cooler looking than symp. whirling swirl I'd say) and I'd love to own it in time for NYJ.

That's it for now. Later

Yeah I'm super-duper excited.

Anyscrew I just had that show that I've been working on for 2 weeks, and therefore not shredding at all. The show went really well so that's good. But now I'm in the mood to freestyle again.

So... first session after 2 weeks highlights:

 alpine blurry whirl BS
 drifter>pdx mirage>toe drifter>repeat>drifter>pdx drifter>repeat>a couple more contacts and then maybe a vortex

That's pretty much it. I got winded quickly. Still, I was pretty satisfied with how the session went. I think I'm at the point where my form is good enough that even when I take a long break from footbag I can still hit all the basics that I want, such as ducks, dives, whirls, drifters, spinning clippers, and basic shuffle.

it was good to play with some one again. Thanks eric. Had some good runs. Was a spin away of completing my blurrywhirl goal.

I kicked with Reid yesterday. Still sore from my session 2 days earlier following my two week hiatus. Anyscrew, yesterday I remember hitting:

One run with pdx whirl>pdx dbl legover BSOS and spinning clipper>pdx dbl legover

Hmm, I suppose that's all I remember hitting. Oh well, I'm gettin' back into my groove thang now. I will shred tomorrow and post many highlights. :)
