The adidas site says they're leather Lavers- but the pics show mesh. Which material did you get, Alex?

im almost 100% sure i got the ones in the picture, but i cant be 100% sure for a few reasons.

a - I've never seen leather lavers
b - I've never seen non-modded mesh lavers first hand
c - The only lavers i've seen were modded and worked in, mine being fresh from the box are not

And of course the most important part:

Whats the difference?

If u want i can try to take a picture and post it..just to make sure

You probably got mesh. Either way they'll work. Most people prefer mesh. Get Josh to help you mod those bad boys- quick!!

PROPOSITION!!!!!!

FATTY Sundays.

Thats right, how about FAT ALWAYS shreds sunday afternoon. If peeps want to do other weektime sessions its easy to set them up, but from now on we should do a regular sunday thing, at the Bahen Center or maybe somewhere else.

Who will be able to make it just about every week?

I'm in for sure! Suday is a good choice and will probably please the most number of people (though not everybody). But not entirely sure about the location. They bolted tables and chairs to out traditional shred spot at Bahen Centre. It would be ideal to make it somewhere slightly nearer to a subway line. Maybe we can do further recon at Ryerson.

Just finished a jam with Mike Faille, and hit some awesome stuff :D

-spinning dlo beesauce + gyro dlo beesauce
-ripwalk > blur > tripwalk [repeat] > ripwalk > bs blur > butt > bs blur, and dropped gyro dlo beesauce
-matador beesauce (flip is hard!)
-ripped warrior beesauce (both were 50/50 today)
-alpine merkon beesauce + spinning ducking mirage beesauce
-ducking dlos
-some other stuff... so close to bedwetter beesauce; didn't want to push it too much because eggbeaters are hard on my knees, but I was soooo close every time, and I've never hit that.
Oh -- also really close to spinning ducking dlo!

(on video  )

So, who will be able to make it to the first-of-many FATTY Sundays? Bahen Centre will do for now if we can't find a better place. What time were you thinking, Adam? Maybe 1 or 2ish?

Edit: Ya Erik! You were on fire- and not just 'cause you've been completely covering yourself in Tiger Balm lately!

Bahan Center is part of U of T?

40 St. George Street, immediately south of Russell Street?

Where would we meet within said center? I've never been.

Yeah, you got it. If you enter from the front entrance on St George St., you'll find yourself in a big hallway. Walk staight until you hit a staircase about 2/3 the way to the end. Go up to the second floor and you'll see a circular glass structure. Josh and I played there last time and it was rad.

We used to play nearer to the entrance, on the second floor, but can't anymore.

Hey guys, I'm very curious, is anybody planning on hiking down to Orlando for the next Worlds this summer? Me and a couple of friends are contemplating either driving or flying down, and it would be interesting to know if any of the Toronto crew were going to make an appearance. It will be absolutely amazing if our plans get sorted out and everything is a go.
