Really thick crust, like, in and around an inch...Thin crust just doens't have that satisfying crunch+soothing rip like thick crust.
Ranch Dressing.
I'm a pizza enthusiast, too. My current favorite pizza is from an amazing New York style pizza place with prosciuttu, pesto, and ricotta on a tomato base. It's fantastic. The first slice is a little confusing to the taste buds, but past the first you begin to pick out the really subtle and various flavors this combination has to offer. I suggest this combination to anyone. A past favorite was a pizza with an olive oil base featuring red and yellow bell peppers, pesto, and ricotta cheese. I also really like pepperoni, red onion, and feta.
I love pizza too. I definitely do. It is the main reason why I will not go vegan.
I worked at a pizza place for a few years in highschool. Great times.
After having worked there I came to realize on my own that I like plain pizza the best. I really believe the more toppings you put on, the LESS you can taste the acutal pizza (crust sauce and cheese). Toppings are good to load on to low-end pizza like Dominos or Pizza hut because the actual pizza just tastes mediocre. But when you are loading toppings on to good pizza from Mom & Pop shop, you are doing yourself a disservice!
That being said I don't usually like to get more than one topping on pizza. Here are some my faves:
-Black olives
-Jalapenos
-Anchovies
-Pineapple
-Mushrooms
Also, I like to put hot sauce on my pizza. I also like dipping the crust in Ranch dressing.
My favourite ever was from a restuarant in town. Can't remember what it was called, but it was basically a pizza base with a chicken ceaser salad on top. No tomato sauce, obviously. It rocked

i eat pizza literally everyday. i havent gone with out pizza at least once a day in months. bbq chicken is my favorite as well, followed by...sausage, cheese, then pretty much whatever. my school is in the north end in boston, so the pizza is definitely the best around, probably in all of boston in my opinion. i also really like non-chain type pizza places. local dives. much better than like...papa ginos or dominos, though i dont think ive ever met a pizza that i didnt like.
Its a damn shame that I don't get a pizza like this unless its like my birthday or some special occasion were I get to make an important desicion. Right now we usually swing buy Little Ceasar's and pick up a $5 Hot-and-Ready. This pizza is usually pretty nasty like all of the other chain pizzerias. Little Ceasar's usually under-cooks the pizza and they don;t give you enough toppings. Though the best pizza I have ever experienced is from a place called Vitale's somewhere in Michigan. It was truely amazing pizza. The pieces were gigantic. I mean we are talking 8" long and 5" wide at the top and piled with a plethora of toppings. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

i used to work at a gourmet pizza place here in town called "vinny's pizza". the best thing about them was i was making 10 an hour under the table... but their food was awesome. they had this special "confetti glaze" sauce they made and you put it on top. ill try to remember the recipe, that stuff was dank.
i used to work in a pizza place in highschool. kinda crappy place, but it was fun as hell. i got to work with my best friends, and drive fast.
nothin too fancy came outta there, so my fav thing from there was the ham and turkey submarine sandwich.
but of the pizza, i liked the "mexican". it was basically a supreme made with extra veggies, and some hot seasoned sausage and bacon.
i like putting hot sauce or even habenaro sauce on my pizza. jalepenos are over-rated, esp for not fresh ones.
and my fav thing about pizza is crust. i like it crunchy, but not hurt my mouth cruncy (like captain crunch). burnt crust isnt bad, but its not good either.
Oh, I should have mentioned that the overloaded pizza I described above was not my idea of the perfect honed pizza but rather me trying to cram on as many food groups and things as I could onto my free meal that I get from the restaurant each shift.
