Cool, I stumbled upon this vid on youtube. It's Shige appearing on a popular Japanese TV variety show called "Iitomo," and wowing the judges with his footbag skills. Definitely one of the most high-profile appearances of the sport I've seen on Japanese TV. Good work Shige!

From someone who uses an abshire mini, I'm having a hard time getting past how f'in big that bag was! Nice phoenix though.

I'm not certain, but it didn't look to me like they were all holding ten little signs each. I think they gave him a score of 5 out of a possible 5.
Personally, I would say that his performance overall was pretty f#$&ing awesome. He did hit the phoenix first try, then explained it nicely, and then proceeded to bust it first try AGAIN. In a similar circumstance I'd say the chances are pretty high that I would have choked at least one of those attempts, for whatever big trick I chose to demo.
