I just go into microsoft word set up a table and make what I need to judge. It doesn't take long. For routines you need a small table to put in the competitor's name, and final score. I also split the rest of an a4 page into 2 tables, one large table to write general comments in, and one table split into 2 columns, one for artistic one for technical. I usually leave room to write legible comments for each score, and then of course a space for the scores.
For shred 30 again you obviously need space for the competitor's name and then the final score. I usually create a table with as many rows as I can fit onto the page (without making them too small to write in), split into 3 columns, 2 large ones, and 1 small one. the large ones are for move names, the small one is for the add value. You put laft side moves in the left column, right side in the right. This makes calculating uniques and adding up scores easy.
I've never bothered creating a dedicated score sheet for sick 3, I usually just scribble down the combo hit and a score, with any comments. I guess you could create a page with as many sections as there are to be attempts, but since alot of competitors only hit one or two combos I've never found it necessary.
