TOE > SAME IN [DEX] (plant) > SAME OUT [DEX] > SAME TOE [DEL]
Just had a few questions about the move.
1.) How high should I be setting the bag out of Pixie?
2.) What counts has hitting the move clean(calf dex/foot dex)?
3.) Ofourse, Any tips for hitting the move?

it always helps me to think of the trick of two parts
the pixie set: slow and controlled so you can get it about waist high
and the dex/delay: is decently fast and i dex about 3 or 4 inches above the ankle.
but really focusing on getting the clean pixies helps me more than anything.

I think of this move as just half a move and then the reverse. Just a slow easy pixie set, followed by a slow easy legover. I think you should set all your basic pixie>dex moves at the same height - which should definitely be significantly above knee height, up to waist height. For me, this is the lowest energy pixie>dex move. You want to set straight up (like with all moves) and then make sure you're planting your leg directly under the bag. Don't pause between set and dex - it should all continue on as one move.
