landing hurting toes

Post by smokefree »

Well, basically yesterday i couldnt get a decent practice in because my toe bones kept hurting. My friend suggested it was because of the rod laver insoles my shoes came with awhile back, anyway, do you think this is the case?

Yeah the stock insoles on lavers are pretty crappy. I had some serious foot pain for a few months, which was probably a function of crappy insoles and lots of shredding, and too many symposium mirages. Per doctors orders (in addition to medication) I picked up some Dr. Scholls gel insoles like on that those commercials "are you gellin'? gellin' like a felon", lame but effective! I think they were $14. Well worth it!!!! Things didn't get better instantaneously but they definitely helped.
