Had a session today with Conrad! It was lots of fun, got our sick 1's done but unfortunately not our sick 3's. Single tricks were working alot better than runs and combo's anyway.

Highlights:
Little Apple, a challenge complete!
Fudge, twice and both very clean
tapdown bsos, only good run
atomic weaving butterfly, 3 times throughout session
footed skullsmasher
footed godzilla
footed vortex
dyno > zooming ss dyno (zyno), almost

that's all I can think of, I think I hit one other challenge too but it's not coming to me.

*EDIT* just remembered that I hit tripwalk again, it felt good but couldn't hit it again!

Had a great session with the Unity crew today. More than 2 people = so much better!

Nate, Mike, Conrad and myself. Started a little after 3 and went till 8.

Nate didn't stay long, but he did well when he kicked. Also got some footage (Nate)

Mike was doing good. His flip clip was looking really good today. He hit stepping clip a couple of times, and they were looking good. Plus his usual long tiltless runs, with a couple of pretty decent guiltless runs too.

Conrad was being Conrad. Lot's of pixie's, drifter's, and stepping. He was having some really good runs as well. Towards the end of the session he started trying alpine smoke, footed it twice and he also hit grifter really clean like and on tape!

I was doing ok, besides for having a headache through out most of the session. I was doing some decent strings, and had some kool links!

Highlights:
tapdown bsos
legbeater bsos
dimwalk bsos
tapdown and legbeater almost bsos
drifter > torque, almost bs, but I won't go into why I didn't really try flip
tapdown > sumo, kool link
sumo > tapdown, kool link #2
matador > sumo > legbeater (I think), kool link #3, and first half of rubberman II 8O
smear > fear > tap, so close, I like this combo!
whirl > ripwalk > rpt
half of rubberman
11 contacts of crispy torque, I'm going for the record :D 8)

That's all I can think of. Good session, I'll be dead tomorrow!

*EDIT* Forgot to mention that I hit Phasing osis 8O

Just had a 1/2 hour session. Felt like it was an hour though. I wasn't planning on kicking today, but I got bored.

Highlights:
ripwalk > infinity > infinty > blender > infinity > infinity > blender > ss butter > ripwalk > blurry lo > dim drop, blender bsos, challenge complete

That's the only thing noteworthy. Later footyland!

Just had the last shred with Conrad for 3 WEEKS!!!! Ohh well, Mike will just have to live wothout our trsah talk for that time.

A good session, lots of fun, but it was SO FRICKEN COLD OUT!!!! It was 50 degrees out and we live in AZ, where it's suppose to warm year 'round!

Like I said, it was a good session.

Highlights:
torque > ss butter > rip > Pdx Drifter > osis > ss butter > pdx drifting drop
pdx drifter > osis > run
ripwalk > matador > ripwalk > drop on flip matador
ripwalk > matador > infinity > osis > infinity > drop on flip matador
barfry (pdx tapdown) > barfry drop, so close
matador > sumo
drifter > nuclear anything is fun
tried 69 twice, one semi-good attempt, one not so good
pdx tap > tap, is fun, but hard
tapdown > twirl > run

my stepping ducking seems to be coming back. I had quite a few looks at ripped warrior again. Also came close to flip pdx drifter, TWICE!

Good night footybag land!

Today the Unity crew was suppose to have a 'welcome back' shred with Ken S, but apparently there was a schedule conflict so that didn't happen!

Maybe next weekend!

So we had our usual friday shred, except there was only three of us to start out, then ended with a 2 man circle. Conrad had deserted us, and went back home for the holidays  8)

Mike was doing good. His flip clip was giving him more problems then usual today. He did have some good longs, had one that was atleast 20+ before we went from the cold rainy outdoors to a gym. After the move, he had a couple of good runs too.

Nate was doing good, he was doing some ripwalk b2b then all of a sudden he started doing dada's and hurt his next. He didn't stay long enough to go kick at the gym.

I was doing decent. My nuke's were a bit off, which is a little weird but it was alright.

Highlights:
pdx tapdown > pdx tapdown drop, would have been my first flip nuke trick
fear > atomsmasher > ss butter > ripwalk > pdx mirage > smear > atomsmasher drop
atom > atom, again
ripwalk > ripwalk, 9 and 10 in a row
parkwalk bsos
ripped warrior, almost mid-run
toe ss whirl > toe whirl, first real try for toe whirl!

Ohh yea, Ken, I hit something for ya..... Atomic Ducking Dyno! Sorry no vid, but Mike was there when I hit it 8O :D

That's all, that I can remember anyway.

Good night footyland!

Had a really good session today, I know I'm gonna be really, really sore tomorrow seeing as I'm feeling it now.

Highlights:
drifter > pdx drifter (finally) > osis > rip > rip > ss butter > torque > infinity > flip torque drop
Flip smear, took awhile but I got it
smear > atom, bs
ducking butter > ducking butter > diving butter > ducking butter > diving drop
Fume

forgot that I also hit ducking butter > ripwalk bsos.

That's it, I want to see you hit all of that in one string and on camera

Think you can do it? And I don't mean in your dreams!!!

In sadder news, I'm going to be taking this next week off  . My knee(s) have been giving me some problems ever since Friday. So I'm going to be staying off them for this week. When the Unity Crew kicks this friday, I'll be bringing my camera for I can some better footage then tripod stuff. As long as we aren't kicking at the kiwanis club  .

Take it easy everyone.

That movie is awful!

But it's almost worth watching, just so you can watch the "Ask A Ninja" review of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Cutv58h8Ag

The whole review is completely dead-on, and hilarious to boot.

Thanks Ken, I'll check out the review when I get a little more free time  .

I lied about taking a little time off. I'm playing a little right now. Basically working gyro mirage, and gyro in general. In the little time I've played today I've hit gyro mirage bsos once and footed it many times.

I'll play a little more in a while, but I'm gonna let my knee get some rest.

Good news; playing with my knee brace on really helps reduce the pain, seeing as there is very faint pain at the moment. Today will probably be the only day I kick this week.
