feeling down and unappreciated. im working hard at being a better daughter/girlfriend/sister/footbagger. but i feel unnoticed. go figure.

i feel like i dont have enough time. ive got so many footbags to make before nyj and only 7 more days. i got all my xmas shopping done today and wrapped it all. crazy.

i meet brians dad for the first time on xmas eve. im really nervous because im not good at first impressions. ill probably say "shit" and "fuck" a lot without noticing it. cursing like a sailor happens when im extremely nervous.

and im nervous about nyj. i dont know what to expect. im kinda scared to meet people and shred with footbaggers. i can tell already that my face is gonna be red for the entire trip. stupid cheeks.

im pissed off at marmalade. it never does what i want it to do and i forget it every time i want to make a bag with it.

so tonight my friend josh came home from the airforce for a week.

a session was in order.

it was a warm up for him, since he dosent footbag much when hes away.

but i hit a new triple dex, enterrage. ive been trying that one for 5 months now.

holly hit miragex6, and hit some solid legovers tonight. props babe.

when we get back from nyj, were planning on getting smashed and footbagin. he'll leave the 3rd. so time with him must be spent on something constructive. like partying, or footbag.

jeez ive missed that kid. he was the only reliable shred partner i had for a few months.

oh, and ive got about 15 bags for nyj now, so save your pennies. last chance color requests taken today and tomorrow.

Hey guys! Super news: I bought plane tickets to Chicago so after all the wait, I'm DEFINITELY in. I'll be there the 27th to the 1st of January. When do you guys arrive? Can't wait to meet you both.

this christmas was the best one ive had for a few years. i got lots of great stuff, incl a meatbag, castlevania (portrait of sorrow) yoshis islandfor gameboy ds, and rayman for wii. got a few giftcards, one for dicks sporting goods. that means more shred clothes! more like sweatbands and socks. i gots plenty of shorts, but one more pair wont hurt

i got to do my own shopping for myself from my mom. shes handicapped, and cant go shopping. so i got warmer clothes for chicaga.

holly got her wii in nov. that was an early xmas for her. we traded footbags for christmas, and her bag to me was awesome. i really liked my bag i gave her, grey and pink atomic. it was real nice. one of my best. she got lots of girly stuff, like burts bees, and showery type items. ooh, and a portable 120 gig hard drive. im jealous.

i got some stuff from my dad that i wasnt expecting, as i didnt even go to christmas with him last year. i wasnt too good of a son then.

xmas eve was tiring. trekked all the way to clarksville, then to cumberland city and back home all in one night. what a day that was. i gave my cous a nice piece of glasswork. he loved it. i got to smoke with my bud from the old days, and he was just like when i left cville. stoned and lazy.

and i found my old bag of g.i.joes, so i had to take them back with me. i played with them too. im such a kid. all i want is old toys and videa games. and hackysacks. but thats what makes me happy.
i only got to do one trick for christmas, cause it was raining, but i hit ripwalk with my last bag i made, first try. i wanted to hit something like beta blizzard, or even bedwetter. oh well. maybe for nyj.

im going to attempt to better my 50th footbag, by remaking the same colors 150 bags later. hopefully this one will be better that #50.

i got 9 32s and 5 4panels for sale at nyj, so bring money everyone. theyre all sweet as fuck.

off to play with my new toys.

NYJ was a great time. i had so much fun, and met many cool people.

my game wasnt at its best for the event, but i guess i did okay overall.

plus i was sick. i played out in the cold like an idiot.

but i sold all my bags, and had a great time.

thanks to cic, le raza, mosh, fetus, HG, O'Bar, and many other new friends.

ive stuck some money from bag sales into a unpenatrable worlds savings wad. plus Lee Vansickle (SE champ) may help us out and give us a ride to worlds. (ps, lee loves his new bag

seeing dave and jorden bust that big was mind blowing everyone who missed it should be pissed that they didnt go.

did a toe mesh mod to my heavily modded new cllimas. now theyre broka'ed, insides, toes, and i cut into the ribs of the sole, hopeing it would help with flexibility.

so i did this new thing. i shaved all that shorty hair off the top of the climas. i like it better without it.

i also wet my finger before i smoothed the silicone out in the clipper area. since silicone is waterproof, it smeared up real pretty. no wrinkles, and no ugly shit.

maybe ill take a pic of them once i clean the mud off them.

i shredded today. it was cool. 15ish contact genuine guiltless game today. i tried to avoid bop, and did pretty good. used lots of drifters, blurs, and pixie stuff. we circled with my Gangsta bag.

smooth backside fear today. Paul Agosteneiliili gave me tips on that, and now i do them more consistanly clean.

thanks everybody who went to nyj. it was sick. props to cic for a good event.

so yeah... nyj ruled

27th
flew up to chicago and went to la raza where i met dat and jeremy for the first time. dave wilder showed up later, so did ianek, sebastian, henry, and some chicago people. we had a blast playing the wii. i liked meeting the guys from montreal. they have a great attitude and i love hearing french guys talk. total hottness.

28th
left for the hotel with everyone. went down to the shred site and was totally overwhelmed by good footbaggers. i got a lot of tips from everyone about my dlo's and legovers and just standing straight up when i shred. justin told me about some technique but i dont remember what its called. something about having your feet in the right spots so you catch the bag with minimal movement. oh yeah, slotting. thanks justin. i kicked with girls for the first time and we had a shredita circle. that was rad. got a lot of tips from emily and tricia is doing great. some guy tried to join our circle but he said "i want to join you guys cause all the other footbaggers would totally school me." i wanted to punch him in the nose but emily said he couldnt join us before i could yell. thanks emily! mosher showed up later that evening. i didnt expect him to sound the way he did... i dont know what i expected but hes cool as shit. smoked a lot of green. jorden was awesome. i didnt expect him to be so quiet but it was his quiteness that made me curious. i tried to talk with him but i got really nervous and kinda rambled. stupid me and first impressions.

29th
ate pancakes! i was so sore from shredding so hard the day before so i didnt kick much. by this time all of my footbags had been sold so i was looking to buy. i was too shy to ask david clavens for a footbag until the last day and i was too late then. beh. bought a footfighter and a fletcher funk. got another bag from mosher and a sweet baseball tee that i wore for 3 days straight. i was going up to the hotel room by myself one night and greg passed me in the hallway so i invited him up to smoke. he was grinning at me the whole time... i thought it was cool that he was so happy but i felt weird at the same time. i didnt realize till later that night that he was actually greg nelson in BAP. and i feel bad for thinking he was weird. greg, im sorry i told you that you were creepy... i wasnt trying to insult you. youre a cool guy and i cant wait to hang out with you again.

30th
by this time i just sat and watched for most of the day. i was completely blown away by how good everyone is. i got motivated after watching more of the competition and i finally got up to kick for a bit. this whole event before the 30th i had been set on hitting ss dlo. well i hit toe dlo instead and im happy with that. my first double dex!!! woot! bought 2 small shirts from kolo then he came back to me like 30 minutes later and gave me the last small shirt he had for free. kolo kicks ass.

31st
marianne took us to the airport in the morning and we waited there all day till our flight. it ended up being delayed 2 hours so we didnt get home till 11:30pm. we were sick so we just went to bed.

what i learned:
nick landes likes to party
point my foot forward when i legover
slotting is cool
bring earplugs to the next event, david wilder snores
buy footbags the first day
dont be shy
try to make a good impression (i bet i pissed everyone off)
dont wear shirts that say "fuck you" on them to a public event
be prepared to get sick

so yeah, ive got stuff to talk about other than nyj so this post is gonna be extra long.

my twin bro has an apartment and doesnt have a job. he wont get one and he wont pay the bills. my dad's name is on the lease so when my bro doesnt pay, my dad has to. while i was in chicago my parents went over there and evicted him. when they got there they told his buddy to leave and not come back. dad went to the front office to pay the bill and they gave him police reports from the last month. those werent good. so george (my twin) is living at friend's houses and out of his car because he doesnt want to quit drinkin and doin drugs and be responsible. he says he wants to join the navy but he cant do that if he cant pass a piss test so looks like hes screwed for another month. im really fucking worried that we are gonna get a call saying he got in a wreck or overdosed or is in jail but there is nothing i can do about him and his problems. fuck... i dont even want to help him anymore. right now im pissed.

im proud of myself for a lot of things. im proud i got out of the lifestyle my twin is living right now. im proud i hit toe dlo. im proud that im a good daughter.

oh yeah, its been about 6 months for me and brian. this has been the happiest and healthiest relationship ive been through. his divorce finally went to court on the 29th so he is free from that bitch. he keeps me motivated and happy and i dont know what id do without him. i love you brian... thanks for making this holiday and nyj so fucking awesome. youre the best.

ive been sick these past few days. my body still hasnt caught up with my schedule. i get the day off tomorrow and brian goes to work. i wish he didnt have to work and we could snuggle all day and forget the world outside.

i need to work on some footbags.

and maybe tomorrow ill have a nice solo session and really drill the shit im supposed to be drilling. i need to check flipsider and find some new tricks to try. i dont want to start a challenges page because... i dunno, i feel like that would be too much pressure for me right now.

classes start monday. im pretty stoked about this semester. im gonna try a lot harder.

i got a compliment today. i went to work at school and there were some people from my major there working on the newspaper. this gay dude, guy coffin (yeah weird name) told me that this past semester he can tell a difference in me. in the previous year he said he couldnt even hold a conversation with me because my brain wasnt where my body was. he said he really likes who ive become and how much ive made things better for myself. i almost cried. this is what ive been needing to hear. its weird how almost complete strangers can tell a difference in my dramatic change. so i told him my story. i told him where i was. he was shocked about the drugs i was doing but he is more proud of the new me. i feel awesome and proud about myself. i know ya'll wont understand fully, because you dont know what happened... but you don't need a story to get the picture.

stay possitive. do things for yourself. shred hard. live for today.

heres my latest bag. sooooo choice already... with no kicks, or a bath. lucky mr james hermy gets this one i think.
its really round, but since its large and broken in feeling, it wont hold a shape.

and heres my newest climas. theyre hott-rodded, so becareful. theryre fast.
i shaved and melted those shorty hairs on the toe, so theyre like canvas.
and i did this thing wherei cut betweent the ribs, for added flexibity.

it better not rain tomorrow. ive got to get my kick on. i wrote down some big add stuff id like to try... but i bet i wont hit anything worthy of being posted.

and im almost done playing castlevania. ive got almost all the secret items, and now im about to stomp old dracula. gotta go,
