Ha, oh man I bet someone'll complain. Anyway, id say the easiest steps are
make sure the weed is spread evenly.
push the flap down over the weed kind of smushing it downwards. get the weed and the right/left of the blunt under the other left/right side.
make a rolling motion with the doobie to tighten rolling
then pull the edge over lick it, stick it, and kick it man.

yeah well i meant tobacco too but uhhh theres no edit button! heh
for the ends sometimes people twist one end. I find that making a mouthpiece ie: a little piece of cardboard making the doobie sturdy like a cig filter, helps. The only way to keep the ends tight is to roll it correctly and tight enough. the doobie should only be a little hole at the ends.

haha this is my first post in a lonnggg time, and it is a needed comeback.....
if you are having problems keeping it tight at both ends you should use the "spliff" technique. If you dont know what that is, it is when you roll it in the shape of a cone, one side fat and the other skinny. To roll like this, roll on a diagonal, and start your rolling at one side of the doob, and slowly roll to the other side, making sure it is as tight as possible as you go along. you want to make sure the tobacco is evenly distributed, that way it will roll even and burn even also. While you are rolling just try to roll the paper over the tobacco and then tuck the paper underneath it as you come over it, and remember to start at one side and then slowly roll to the other. Most importantly, DONT LICK THE PAPER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SEAL IT, and TAKE YOUR TIME!
Just keep in mind your first 5 or so will most likely suck, so keep practicing, the more you practice the better you will be at it, just like footbag!

a. its spelled doobie i think.
b. only rednecks call it that.
c. i think there are rules now on modified that you dont post topics about illegal substances and how to obtain/use/abuse them. there are plenty of places to learn things about weed rather than using a footbag forum. this has nothing to do with footbag at all so there is no real justification for having this on modified other than youre too lazy to register on a weed forum.
d. ill pm you with some help maybe.

I also smoked rolling tabacco for years.. rolling a cigarette becomes second nature pretty quickly.
Anyway still kinda on topic: a work-colleague of mine has a prosthetic hand but smokes rolling tabacco (go figure) so she rolls cigarettes with ONE HAND. And it only takes her a couple of seconds too.
I'll admit that they're not the most geometrically perfect looking though...
