we've gotten round to setting up a propper shipping calculator for the international online shop, so you can now see directly how much shipping for your order will cost. next step will be allowing direct credit card payments but that might take a while. for now paypal will continue to be the only accepted method of payment.
additionally, as of january 1st 2007, all profits from the sales through the international shop will go directly into the international marketing budget of planetfootbag (previously it went into the budget of the swiss branch of planetfootbag). the money will be released starting 2008 and will be used for international tournament sponsorships (worlds and euros definately, but we will also consider other applicants), product developement costs, online marketing, etc.
The budget will be made at the annual planetfootbag meeting together with the heads of the currently four planetfootbag chapters (switzerland, germany, czech republic and austria).
Flavio and Silwan Loetscher of Wolhusen (Switzerland) have generously volunteered to run the international online shop in addition to the swiss online shop. Thanks guys!!!
