New color combos, need help, very indecisive

As you read by the title, im very indecisive on color selection. I need help from you guys to come up with some cool color combonations for me. I have many colors, everything but pink, brown, and gray. Other than that I have every color in some form. One of the reasons i am so indecisive is because i feel like I have done every variation of colors that look somewhat good and attractive. There are deffinattley more color options just not too many that are nice looking. Please help, thanks.

i think midnight hexes and country cream pents is my favorite color combo for playability. also purples and greens look awesome together.

You could try making a bag with 5 different colors in it. Or maybe try 6 colors. It might help you find new color combos.

Come on ben, how can every other stitcher continue to come up with good combos but you can't?

What that means is that you are actually able to, you're just giving up too easily.

Have you done 8/12 blur pattern bags? I do those almost exclusively now since they always look cool. pick one colour for the pents and two for the hexes, so many doors open up!

ah, dont make this so serious tom, im just giving people a chnce to share the cool color combos and patterns with them that they have done and because im not that creative

You're cutting yourself too much slack, Ben. It's not too hard to come up with color combinations. Just build the bag, and buyers will come, right? Just be patient and think of cool designs if you're interested. Think of the rate of thickness and tangibility for each fabric. Find which colors are more suitable for pents and hexes (or both).

Ben, remember the color combo I used on the bag at the Cornell Jam? Well, I've been making a lot of bags with that type of color pattern (6 colors in total) and I've been obsessed with it ever since. It's the only type of 32 I make these days, unless suggested otherwise.

I'm sure it's boring, but all it takes is just sitting down and observing a 32 for hours on end. Or use a pattern generator on your computer. Creativity is never finite, my good man. Use that noggin of yours!

if I had lots and lots of colors, I think I'd like to try making a footbag that represents a landscape to me. I've seen some incredible purple sunsets with orange clouds over vibrant green trees that made me want to put those colors together in a bag. It doesn't have to make perfect sense, you just do your best with what you've got.

Do anything. People will buy them, or you'll have a sick bag, or some more experience. Just play with it.

I like to use complimentary or contrast colors. Just look at a color wheel and pick colors opposite of each other and put them together, it makes a really visible bag, and it looks great too, or you could to complimentary color bags , choose colors that are within the same color region.

For a blurry pattern do a contrast triad.

you should school up your color theory jr,

complimentary contrast are the opposite sides colors.

analagous are the colors next to eachother (the 3-5 that touch)

and triadic, are the colors that are triangular from eachother.
