Fields Specials
I just noticed fields updated site and wanted to see the specials.
I cannot see the pics on a few colours and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem.
Could someone out there please, PLEASE copy the whole page and paste it to a word doc and email it to me?
PLEASE!?

I would like to see the colors before I make a purchase. I have a ton of facile colors that critque well with my imagination already. I wouldn't want to spend any more money on a color that is pretty similar (or worse) to something that I already have.

Holy crap don't buy Paisley! I used to have a small batch of it. It's a really really weak print facile! It pills, frays and melts in some way during break-in.
Looks really pretty though.

i bought a shit load of aqua before i knew any better, which is about as useless. i use it to make spikes. if you use scrap facile as filler at all, you can obviously use that as well. good luck with it.vettehunter123 wrote:Ahhhh! Too late, I ordered last night. Oh well, maybe I can use it for something.Wasabi wrote:Holy crap don't buy Paisley!

Ooo, I haven't thought of that. You can probably use the Paisely for Spikes and such. That would look pretty sick.
As for using it as scraps with your filler, I tried that as well. It kind of made the filler inside my bag sort of gummy, like lead shot whenever it gets pasty and whatever. I wasn't too much of a fan, but you can go ahead and try it.

Thats awsome then. I thought it would be a little more expensive, thanks for the reply.PegLegHolly wrote:it depends on how large your templates are... and how wide the fabric is (50 something inches for 40 something inches). you definately get your money's worth... maybe like 10 or so full bags out of 1/8 yard... but thats an estimate right now, ive never really counted

You should PM Holly Mathews and Brian Dennis. They have the most recent experience in the new colors on Field's.
I do know about Rapture Rose though, and it's really cool. It's a very hot pink, but it's a bit stretchy and thin. Like Blue Hawaii, but thinner imo. Perfect with print colors and other thin and/or stretchy facile colors.
