In case you’re unfamiliar with the show, the premise of Wife Swap is to take two different families and have the mom's switch place to experience how another family lives for one week. Half of the week, mom lives the life of the family she is staying with. The other half, she introduces a "rule change" where she implements rules and activities that her family has. It's a positive experience for people to not only learn, but teach other ways of life.
Families on the show receive $20,000 and anyone that refers a family that is selected to be on our show is paid $1,000 per referral. Each family must consist of two parents, at least one child between the ages of 6-17, and reside in the U.S.
Anyone interested in applying should email me at [email protected] with a family description and phone number.

There oughtta be lots of teens here whos families could benefit from 20K. It could be good exposure for footbag if there was some attention payed to a competative freestyler on a nationally popular television show.
Name me as your referrer to make a 1K donation to the IFPA
jeez...it would be so hard to decide between getting 20 Gs and the importance of avoiding being on any kind of reality tv...and then there is the footbag exposure...
but i HATE HATE HATE reality tv...
1. We've contacted the producer Jodi via email.
2. She was interested...
3. Sunny just spoke with her today on the phone...
4. She (Jodi) was very interested.
5. We're now working through the "application" process...
6. There will be more phone interviews with myself,
Dylan, and Cameron coming too.
All in all this looks very promising. We'll keep you
all updated.
Also, HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS SHOW?
I personally watch very, very little TV (I'll watch it
when I hang out in Jim's room - no cable or anything,
and wouldn't watch it at all if it weren't for the
fact Jim watches it). So I am very curious if anyone
has seen this show and knows what we are getting
ourselves into.
Yeah lol Ive seen it only a few times. They seem to pick complete opposite familys. Sometimes that sparks tension. At the end of the show there is usually an Awww thanks for teaching me so much moment. You should watch an episode before going on, its an alright show for reality tv.
Daryl,
My girlfriend watches this shows religously.
Essentially it goes like this:
They introduce the families. The other family will probably be a big mismatch. Probably they will be sedentary, conservative, and eat a lot of junk food. The wives will then swap, Sunny will go to their house and their wife will come live with you.
The first half of the week the house will operate under your families current rules (or lack thereof if that is the case). The other wife will go to Sunny's work and try to do her job. Meanwhile Sunny will be at their house, living under and enforcing their families rules and doing their wife's job (or staying at home if she is a stay at home mom).
The second half of the week, the respective moms institute "rule changes" and plan new activities for the families to do. Most likely they will conflict with what the families are doing. I'm sure Sunny will be setting up a 4sq tournament for the other families to play.
The once the week is over, the two couples meet up and have a debrief.
Sometimes it goes smoothly, sometimes the husbands and the new wives argue a lot. Watch an episode or two and you'll get the idea. Definitely worth 20 grand.
WOW! That Rock My Face off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can already see daryls new wife trying to stop jim from shredding. Nobody can stop Jim, Nobody! or Daryl. Are you still gonna post on modified if it happens?
daryl's family PLUS penske!! i forgot he's part of the equation! this is going to be one of the best shows ever, if this works out. Some sick shred footage is going to make it onto TV. I can't wait to see.
Jim is going to be in this as well? Well damn! So that's Daryl, his wife, his kids, and Jim? This is going to be sick. What station does this show come on? We're going to have to record these episodes...
