Allright - this former full of life blog has to stop to be a waste of space
in message board form

Seriously, what the fuck happened - this one was widely read, and even
if the majority of our footbag friends dont frequent the forums as much anymore, we need to keep this up.

Munich Crew, post your moves and thoughts please !!! You too Beatrix :!:

I went to the good old gym for a change to hook up with some noobs.
Fuck me these two boys were the best (non footbagger ) hacky sack players
that i've seen in ages : nice kick control on both sides, a lot of creative
trix ( sole set ss rev pendulum , far pick up ending on inside...) and
they end their RUNS WITH PASSES :D :D :D :D
Felix and Dave are also really nice guys and the seemed pretty excited
with the new possibilities that freestyle offers them.
Most importantly, i got their fon numbers - no escape

There wasnt much new stuff from my side, just some decent links :

tap>legbeater>run bs

smear>plo>rpt>dso>smear>d.mirage

dso>dimwalk>run

i need to push my clipper game - stepping and ducks were str8 up horrible

Great session with Beatrice and Daryl at the Oly bath! I can't remember to many tricks/links. But I felt very good overall and my Ducks + Drifters were on.
9x Drifter
Pdx Drifter > Whirl and many Difters midrun
a couple of nice runs...

happy new year everybody!

i had a great time in the past (spending 25 out of 31 days in december
in Thailand..), and now I got 2 jobs and I'm pretty busy making some
money now. I miss footbag and I miss playing with you guys.

Still, I don't think my feet will touch any Lavers or G-Units any soon.

I've been playing footbag (if you add the Hacky-Sack times) for more
than 6 years, and I've had great times. Still, learning the tricks by
myself when there was no modified.org was hard, and over the years
I put way too much stress on my feet because I learnt a couple
of tricks the wrong way (I guess).

I've had a lot of trouble in the past with shin splints, calf pains, knee
pains etc. It's time I give my legs some rest. My joints are just not made
for that kind of extreme stress. My body is more important to me than any sport in the world. That's why I quit footbag (even though I'd love to
just do a clipper right now, for the feel of it.. ).

Maybe I'll come around to a gym session soon, I have to see the
progress all of you made. Make a video sometime soon!!!

I'm still reading this blog from time to time to read what all of you
are hitting, so please keep this blog alive!

cheers everybody.

Hi Bjoern,

good to hear that you are doing ok! Did you find a job as a cabinetmaker? Did you know the Matthias from Berlin is a cabinetmaker apprentice? Anyway good luck with everything! :D

The last two sessions were pretty good. In the first one I had soem decent runs, but I never remember them. And yesterday in the gym I worked on my stepping set, which was rewarding. And the 11 x Ducking Clippers were a nice bonus :P Hope to do 20 soon.

hey all.

:+: FOR THE RECORD - GYM SESSION 2007/01/15 :+:

Well, lets say for me there was nothing too new or crazy but it was really good nevertheless - felt like regaining consciousness! :D

did some nice drill on clippers (4x consecutive on flip), got a better feeling for butterfly and had some nice runs including (woohoo) a double leg over inbetween! :D gonna push clippers next weeks and also leg speed for pixie sets!

cheers all! and welcome again: felix! :D

Where do you guys plan to play on monday ?

I toetally prefer the Olybad to the dirty gym, for all the obvious reasons
and i would very much like to go there around 18:30 .

But, if the noobs join us or anybody is in video mode or just plain broke,
i will go to the gym instead.

LET ME KNOW .

well, additionally I'm a lazy ass and already close to the gym at work... went for a swim yesterday so don't really need it. moreover I'm afraid that not all might read this here in time splitting players in two groups. max wanted to join in today @gym.. dont know about the newbies. but if you can manage to reach all and make them go to oly - of course I'll be the last one to say: NO, I WON'T JOIN U! ;-) hehe.
