Footbag freestyle and doing it online!!!

Skype (a free video chat program) and footbaggin webcaming....Good idea? Do you allready have Skype downloaded? If not it's free (did I mention that?). Would you like to webcam footbag training, drills, runs, or whatever else footbag with tons of other footbaggers? Well I think it's a good thought we could all try. Ne1 Game?

If you would like to do this and don't have Skype (tm), then goto http://www.skype.com/download/ click the "Download Now" button and Download version 3.0 (or better when it's out). It's too easy! and again too free!!

Very cool. You ccould have your own virtual footbag circle over the net! I should invest in ah webcam.

yeah dude! We we're talking about that today, if we hold a video conf. we can have one at a time runs with everybody else watching. Or we can also do whatever else we want. A webcam at "walmart" cost me $25 and a headset w/mic cost $15. I got the mid grade type camera so they were cheaper ones. Of course you don't need to get one if you got one (duh), but you get the idea, webcams are cheap. And skype is totally free (unless you want special ring tones or something, which I don't so it's free).

yippy: I got to get your stuff so I can start with you, since your in melborne our times may not match up to play until the weekend or if one of us stays up late. But it's cool your down to do it dude! What did you mean by mmmic? you mean microphone? Edit: you can chat too.

Hey everybody, me and yippy did some video and chat tonight and the system works pretty good! The videos a little choppy but thats normall for live feed. You still get whats going on, too easy. If you're down come on!!

You need a webcam, say a digital wouldn't work?

yeah I think you can only use webcams, they can be cheap though at places like wal mart; about $25. But as far as if you can or can not use the camera you got... try it and see if it will connect. If you can, let me know

Sorry I havn't got back with you guys...I've been stupid busy with my bonsai trees. This weekend is bad for me for I-net footbag. Next weekend, the misses and I are going to see My Chemical Romance in concert so we'll be busy with that. I might be hung-over that night and the next day, so again I-net footbag may be off that weekend too. After all that, however, I should be mostly clear to get back into serious practice/playing footbag.

Sorry yippy, I've been meaning to check and see if you were online anytime in the last few weeks. Like I mentioned above, I've been mad busy with spring time bonsai work. Lots of repotting and leaf pruning..ya know. Give me two more weekends and I'll have more time for you.
