That would be pretty awesome! I wonder where the best mid-point would be for everyone. The likely answer seems to be Toronto, or Oshawa. Though there aren't many amazing places for Footbag in Oshawa, except for City Hall, where cops like to kick us out with the assumption that we're skateboarding (when there isn't a skateboard in sight). Anywho, this Spring/Summer for sure!

Perhaps an Ontario Jam could be in Ottawa, on account of no one from Torotno made it out the the Canada day jam last year and we all feel real guilty.
Plans would have to be made/tansportation secured/teleporters invented.

Not a lot of footbag lately, it's definitely picking up again soon mmyes. Solo session at the Y earlier... I'm starting to actually prefer my Abshire these days, as it gets more and more broken in, and the accuracy of a 32 really comes into play. With a Sandbag my set from a Torque is almost always shitty, but with the Abshire it is almost always perfectly straight up.. Same with Osis... Stepping Mirage feels a bit more clean with the 32 as well, and I managed to hit both Stepping Mirage and Torque clean, mid-tiltless-string with it. Long tiltless strings are still much easier with the sandbag however, and I hit 28 during the session. 40 tiltless is coming soon, I promise =).
Note to self: Hit G.Y.B.A.S and Ripped-Warrior clean, and at least foot Ripstein, Whirr, and Reaper by the end of the up-coming summer.
I can't wait to get some beautiful cuddle-bags, those shall be fun. Cassy, since we're gonna be busy all of Saturday, when do you want to play some footbag? Unless of course we can't get tickets... Then we're definitely having a hardcore session Saturday night ;P

So, I played in front of what I guess is my first (pre-determined) audience at Jenna's youth thingy tonight. I did a lot better than I thought I would, as there were probably at least 40+ people watching me expectantly. Hit a 10-ish contact tiltless run with a few different 3-adds. Not very good by my standards, but everybody cheered and clapped, and it felt pretty good. My lung seems to act up whenever playing footbag, and I'm left out of breath really quickly. Hopefully it'll die down before we have a long session...

Cool. I'm schooling DATW too. I'm hoping they will eventually lead to barrage and double downs. Not sure about that, but I am sure about this: make sure you practice both feet, both directions!
Any chance the Osh club will make it out this sunday?

I kinda feel like stuffing all of my footbags into my lavers, tying them together, and throwing them into an open fire, and I can't even really explain why. Of course I'll probably wake up in the morning with an incredible urge to jog to the YMCA and shred. That's why I don't burn things late at night. That is, if the Footgods don't strike me dead before I click "Submit".

Sweet ass session at the Y today with andrew, my first good one in like a month. Some highlights:
~10 tiltless
~Symposium mirage>clipper>paradox mirage
~Butterfly>pickup BSOS
My butterflies, pickups and legovers are starting to improve more i think..
But yeah.. I dont work this week so we def have to get out a bit more.

Worked a little more on DATW in the session with Cassy. Still haven't reached my goal of 40 tiltless, and dropped with a 32 contact run. I was working on a new Sick-Three for a bit, that being Ripwalk>Paradox Whirl>Swirl. Only managed to hit Ripwalk>Paradox Whirl, dropped during the swirl dex. I was thinking once I get my flip stepping down, Ripwalk>Stepping Paradox Whirl(?)>Swirl would be pretty tight. If only I could nail Ripstein! *daydreams* My DREAM Sick-Three would have to be Ripped Warrior>Stepping Paradox Whirl>Ripstein. MmmmMMMmMmMMmmm. Cassy your improvement is pretty hawt, I'm proud. I'm up for some more tomorrow/throughout the week.

Another short session today avec Cassyyyyy. Starting to work a little on Pixie sets and they're turning out slightly. Should be coming along in a few more sessions. Not really any highlights except for more work on that above Sick-3, and a few cool links. Really the only ones I remember are
Ripwalk>Paradox Whirl
and Torque>Whirl.
Nothing too amazing, but those both feel hella tight.

Thursday is very inconvenient unfortunately, but thank you for the invite Tom. Hopefully there will be a chance to meet you some other time. Me and Cassy had a session today, and I hit some more cool feeling stuff. I've been starting to hit Eclipse, which has taken me a very long time to figure out. Also a few flip stepping sets (nothing out of them).
Highlights:
-Blur>Double Around the World>Butterfly
-Sidewalk>Ripwalk>Paradox Whirl
-Blur>Eclipse
-I'm not really sure if I hit Stepping Eclipse, it kinda felt like a really awkward Sidewalk...
