I always thought no, but recently several occurences have made me change my mind.

For instance, at the bar friday night, this random cute girl walked up to me and said she has seen me hacking. she bought me a drink and we danced, kissed, and exchanged numbers.

It may not get you girls but it certainly seems to get you guys....
Can anyone name a female North American tournament atendee who isn't with a footdude? Not that I can point fingers, if I was into volleybal or something I'm sure I'd be with a volleyball girl.
How about in europe, does anyone know if those shredditas hunt outside the gene pool much?

now that I think about it, it probably turns off more girls than it attracts, but that's a good thing, because I would definitely not want to be with someone who thought footbag is lame.

i can think of some single north american shreditas, but giving out names isnt right.

this topic is so disrespectful. why is thread allowed to go on anymore? werent there some rules set a while ago?

this thread alone makes me want to leave modified... was that the goal of this thread?... cause its working.

Besides the comments on the first page about a particular person I don't see how this thread is so offensive. Why would boys and young men discussing whether footbag can attract women be so terrible? Perhaps you are taking some of the comments on here to seriously. I don't personally understand why this thread would make you want to leave modified. Please elaborate.

to me, it looks like a frank discussion amongst mostly mature people about real experiences, positive and negative. We all care about relationships on some level, right? we're having a frank discussion. I would think this discussion would not be offensive to you, holly. obviously footbag plays a big part in your relationship, so it's done something to help brian get (or aid in keeping) a "girlie".

not a lot of us baggers have bagger girlfriends (I don't really like the word shredita, but that's another discussion). Maybe you could enlighten us on the role footbag plays in your relationship, and share some good footbag relationship stories. That would keep this thread moving in a positive direction, don't you agree?

i met brian before he footbagged. then dated him after he started footbagging. actually, footbag probably saved my life and ive told that story before on the forum... but thats not what this thread was about. this thread was started by a bored, loney, rude, and insencere kid.

the night before si_is high began this forum, there were about 10 to 15 footbaggers in the footbag chat, me being among those. si_is high asked me what i was wearing among other disrespectful things. and i think this topic began after my retaliation to his rude remarks. maybe its not the thread that bothers me, but his motives and rudeness. "girlies" is rude. at the beginning of this topic i tried to avoid being rude and say why footbag wont get you girls if youre disrespectful, and that was a direct remark towards si_is high because he knew what he had said to me.

footbag has done a lot for mine and brians relationship, but that wasnt how i met him and that wasnt what attracted me to him. i started footbagging because i had to replace bad habits with good ones... and for that im greatful (sp?) for this sport.
