i would like some challenges with shuffle and downtime components in them.

Including, but not necessarily limited to:

Pixie, atomic, stepping, drifters, whirls, barrages, paradons, DLOs, eggs, legovers, mirages, illusions, atomic ducking, stepping ducking? spinning, ducking, gyro, etc.
