Had another session today, it wasn't as bad as the last two in the way that things felt more controlled and i was getting most of my tricks except pdx whirls, they gave me problems.
stepping whirl bsos
blurriest bsos again
rubberman #3
flip phoenix first try
pdx drifter bsos easily
So thats two days in a row, pretty good for me. Lets see if I can keep it up.

Snow day today. Finally had a good session. I've been having that streak of session that you get every so often that gets you annoyed with footbag, but today fixed that. Coincidently fairy clicked for me today but I didn't hit that drill, I probably could've though. Maybe next time.
drifter>spin clip rpt
spin clip>pdx whirl rpt
nuclear legover bs
rubberman both sides starting on atom(one was 7 contacts the other was eight, the eight one was sealed with a really good string)
pdx whirl x 6
drifter x 11
ripwalk x 17
fear>fairy legover rpt
nagellam>fairy legover rpt
spin clip>gyro clip rpt
footed void
tombstone bs
7 contacts pdx whirl>whirl rpt
whirl>dlo>toe drifter rpt first try(workin those threes)
run with drifter and torque bsos
run with dlo and whirl bsos
toe torque bs
some super sick strings
pdx dlo>butter rpt
toe blur bs again
spin butter>ripwalk rpt
It was an awesome session, I'm so glad I decided to play because I wasn't very motivated. Good stuff. My shuffle is becoming more diverse which I really like, its fun throwing in atomic and fairy now.

played today after a wek of nothing. i hate this, no time to play and when i do have time theres no space. my shred spot has slowly whittled down to about 9 square feet and it makes it so hard to play. i wish there was a gym close by or something. whatever.
sumo bsos
run with symp whirl, pdx whirl, whirl, and toe whirl all bsos
i've been trying to hit rubberman every session and so far its working
i want to play footbag so much more than i do. summer is so far away. aggghhhhh!

Today was pretty good. I had a real session for the first time in about a week and a half. I could keep saying that I haven't been shredding a lot because of work and school and blah blah blah, but those are just excuses. the truth is I haven't been very motivated to play footbag lately. It's just so difficult to drag myself down to the basement and move four tables around just to have a 5x5 space to kick and then have a shitty session. Also, my basement is uber hot because my dad cranked the heat up a million degrees so our pipes dont freeze. I'm pretty sure the best feeling in the world is shredding in the middle of a deserted tennis court with the sun shining and a nice cool breeze blowing through. I just get so stoked to be there and just kick. It's so lame being in a dry, hot, dark basement with no room to shred. But today I played outside. I loved it so much, I couldn't get enough of it. I didn't play super great but thats to be expected after slacking off so much. I played on my back porch, it was like 45° so it wasn't the picture perfect shred but just being outside made it so much better. it was unexplainable how I felt to finally go outside after being stuck inside since october.
ps whirl bsos
I gained back most of what I've lost since I started playing like once a week. All my sets are up to par I guess and most of my other tricks. The things it affected the most were string length and endurance, two things I happen to love, so I'm gonna work on that.
I'm getting high speed internet next week which has me super pumped because now I can DL shred vids in less than 5 hours. I'm considering entering the tripod challenge thing because I like the second place prize. I'm guessing I'll be too lazy to film though, we'll see what happens.

So today started off with lots of rain. Roads were closing left and right and my street, yard, and sidewalk all had streams at least three inches deep. It was nuts. Then at about twelve oclock the sun came out and everything dired up before I got out of school, and today turned out even nicer than yesterday. So I played again. Had one really good thing but the rest of the session was mediocre, but at least I had fun.

I played today and yesterd and filmed both days. I figure if I always play bad in front of a camera then if I play in front of one more often itll get easier. So I hit some ok stuff. I'm debating entering the tripod contest or just making a video. The only reason I'd really enter the contest is because I want that shirt. But I'd probably do bad because I've never edited before. Anyway...
Whirlygig sealed nicely(first six)
I forget what else. But I've been playing so much more lately. I love it.

So I played thursday night with Dave and I started off pretty lame but finished pretty strong. Rubberman was giving me porblems and i didnt get it that night which was a bummer. I hit a lot of good stuff though, which sort of slips my mind. Then I played again today and didnt hit anything groundbreaking but i played pretty good. I finally hit smp whirling swirl. I footed blurry whirl>spin whirl and probably couldve knocked it but i got distracted by a shiny object in the corner of the room. The back porch where I played started off at 45° and by the time i was done sweating and fogging up all the windows it was at 60°. Pretty crazy.

Bleh. so i've been sick pretty much all week. I tried to shred twice but it just made my legs incredibly sore and I would feel even worse afterwards. Maybe its the flu, maybe not. Whatever it is I'm pretty sure it's on the tail end now. I basically did nothing all week. The shred was completely unproductive. The only footbag related things I did this week were put out that video and color the lavers I got for christmas. They look pretty sick now but it took me forever. We had a dramatic shift in the weather and I always feel like crap when that happens so hopefully when things settle down I'll be back to normal.

Ergh, I haven't played in like two weeks because I've been sick. That's the longest time I've ever gone without a session and it sucked, but today I finally got to play. I didn't do as bad as I'd thought I would considering I hadn't played in so long and I made the full switch to my new lavers today. Obviously they need to be broken in but it doesn't seem like it'll be too bad. Stress has been mounting other wise.

had a really good shred yesterday. nice long strings and some big tricks went down. i got the first 10 minutes of the second hour on film. the session was basically broken up into first hour- strings and drills, second hour- big tricks(only really got any in the first 20 minutes but i still went at some others), third hour-barefoot.
highlights:
pdx torque bs
blurry drifter bs
blurry whirl>blurry whirl>ps whirl
fog bs
pdx blender
void
spinning pdx dlo
pdx eggbeater
blazing infinity
lots of long varied strings that i likeyed very much
barefoot highlights:
long toe shuffle
torque
pixie muted clip>swirl>ripwalk
whirl>simple swirl bs
12 consec clips bs
i finally figured out barefoot, i never understood how to clipper but it finally clicked. it made my feet hurt a little bit though.
