I'm so glad to hear that your playing a lot now-a-days. I really can't wait to shred with you again! Are you going to MFJ? Hopefully I'll be there as well and we can chill again like last year. Good times man! I can't believe you've hit six different beast combos! I've only hit two almost three. F*** your good. Anyway, see you soon, but I'll talk to you sooner.

Thanks Nick :). If you take a trip over to the first post of this blog, I've updated it with a few little somethings for reference. I totally can't wait to kick with you again and watch you blow me out of the water :).

Having about two sessions a week now, to help my shins and knees get better, but for some odd reason they were really acting up last night :(. Like, they were fine all week then I woke up Friday morning and they both were acting up :(. It was a total bummer but I had a few good things come out of the session.

- PS Whirl > Bedwetter
- Spinning DLO > Backside Tap > run
- Spinning Egg bsos with Blurriest, Mobius and Spinning DLO in the run
- Void > Rev. Swirl x 2 again
- FLO x a bunch > FLO > Fear x 4 > FLO > Fudge x 2 > somethign else I think
- Matador > Butterfly > Sumo > run with Sumo > Legbeater x 2 and Nuke ss Mirage bsos (after not doing Nuke sets in about 4 - 5 months)

I also overshot the dexes on PS Whirl > BS Bed, but you didn't hear that because I want to get it on video and show you when I do get it ;).

I'm going to try to get back into stretching every evening before bed, and starting next week I'm going to be incorporating lower body weight training into my lifting regime. I want to stop hurting damn it! :x

Had a kick with Mr. Regamey this afternoon. It was good, and he filmed a bit. Got some good things on camera that he wouldn't let me watch so hopefully he can put it out quick-like a bunny so I can see how things looked.

Kevin hit Tapping DLO > Predator x 2, 40 contacts of pixie shuffle and TATW > Panda.

Me:

- Spinning Ducking Clip x 10 left side, x 8 on right
- Gyro Diving Clip > Spin Duck Clip x 2
- Gyro Rev. Swirl x 6
- Far Rev. Swirl > Far Rev. Swirl > Gyro Rev. Swirl x 2
- Barfly > Barrage > Paradon > Barrage > DoD > DDD > Barfly bs (will be my new drill for double dex)
- Assassin > Alpine PLO x 3
- Dyno > Rev. Swirl x 6

My knees didn't hurt too much through-out, and my shin only hurt when I started doing pixie sets. Right now, though, they feel alright. I'm going to have a good stretch tonight.

Is this a 3 move combo (tapping dlo-predator-predator), or a 4 move combo (tapping dlo-predator repeat)?

Also, which direction does Kevin do TATW?

Two sessions yesterday, one was a solo and the other was with Brian Cooper and Kevin (Rory's chillin in Winnipeg). Unfortunately I killed myself doing leg exercises a few days prior so they were still a bit sore, but I managed to hit a few good things regardless.

- Revstein bsos
- Rev. Swirl x 29 (weak)
- Gyro Rev. Swirl x 10
- Gyro Rev. Swirl > Spinning Blender > Gyro Rev. Swirl x 2
- Dyno > Twirl > Gyro Rev. Swirl x 2
- ss Butterfly Rev. Swirl > Gyro Clip x 2
- Spinning Osis > ss Butterfly Rev. Swirl x 2
- Spinning Blender > ss Butterfly Rev. Swirl bs
- Spinning Blender x 3 (weak)
- Spinning Blender > Whirlwind > Spinning Blender (weak)

That was the first sesh. The second one we filmed and I hit a few other good stuffs, which hopefully we'll be seeing in the near future :).

Nick, I'm doing this all for the sequel to our Epic.Sat.Sesh bro ;)

I don't know when the footage will come out, because Kevin is pretty busy as of these days. He's doing a little at a time though, and I don't want to be an ass and force a video out of him asap. Rest assured, however, that the little bit of edited footage I saw was done really well :).

Kevin and I kicked for just over an hour yesterday, going over basic things and whatnot. I was still feeling sore so I couldn't do much, and just felt like I wasn't in a good mood throughout. I couldn't do too much that I wanted, and things like Gyro Rev. Swirl which I was doing like cake on Friday wasn't working out for me :(.

I'm going to be taking a few days off, and hopefully the next sesh will be Tuesday. I don't know if I'll drill downtime components or try and get my shuffle back. I guess we'll see how I feel when the time rolls around :).

Had a sesh this afternoon, since I couldn't have one yesterday. It felt good. For the most part it was a downtime component sesh, but I went over a tiny bit of shuffle at the end.

- Reaper bs (and bsos a few times)
- Drifter > Vortex > Pdx Drifter x 6
- Pdx Egg > Egg > ss Egg > ss Butt x 6
- Pdx Egg > Symp Egg bsos
- Gyro Rev. Swirl > Rev. Swirl x 6
- Toe Drifter > Gyro Legover x 9 I think?
- Parkwalk > Blur > Dimwalk > Blizzard x 6

At the end of the sesh my stepping ducking felt really good, and I almost bsos'd Ripped Warrior and Spiked Hammer in the same run. My shin and knees are feeling decent, so hopefully Friday's sesh will be good :)

My woman says she will take care of me next week since I'm not working (slow season and I got cut for shifts :/). I can't wait  .

We have a kitchen! No more eating supper on the loo anymore! :D

Kevin and I had a kick this afternoon, which makes it two consecutive days I've kicked. Fuck I'm a machine. I don't think I've done that in a long time. Tomorrow I might have a third, or lift weights. I don't know, I haven't done the later in about a week but I'm loving the hours of footbag I'm putting in.

No new tricks, but a few good things came out of the sesh.

- 44 contacts of ducking, diving, weaving and zulu clippers
- PS Egg > Symp Egg (bs) > Dolomite (weakside) (repeat it you say? Can do ;))
- Superfly bs (haven't hit that trick in years, and only once on my weakside)

I don't know, some other stuff too I guess. I almost had Drifter > Rev. Swirl > Vortex > Rev. Swirl > Pdx Drifter > Rev. Swirl repeated, and did some stepping out of Rev. Swirls as well - I think I'm going to start doing that more.

Afterburners set full blast.

Drilled fearless at the end.

- Tort'R Rack
- PS Egg > Symp Egg > Symp Whirl > PS Egg > Symp Egg > Symp Whirl > PS Whirl > spinning handcatch
- Far Rev. Swirl > Spinning Clipper x 8
- Blurry Drifter > Sidewalk > Fog > Legbeater > Bedwetter > Dimwalk bs
- Whirlwind > Spinning Symp Egg
- Spinning Blender > Food Processer midstring
- Spinning Symp Egg bsos with Spinning Blender

Yes sir. I'm hoping to book my tickets once I start working again.

I was hoping to work shuffle this afternoon, but my left hamstring feels tight and basicaly prevented me from doing a lot (Drifters, Pickups, Pdx and Symp Whirls, Blenders, Double Downs, Atomic/Quantum/Fairy sets and Far Rev. Swirls sometimes). So that wasn't fun. But it was still a good 3 hr session.

Superfly is starting to grow on me a bit. I hit that trick midstring a few times, and I think even tagged a PS Egg after it too... hmm... maybe I should take it easy these next few sessions for my knees' sake (but not Friday :P)...

- Spinning Symp Egg > Symp Egg bs
- Spinning Blender > Spinning Symp Egg bs
- Spinning Symp Egg bsos, like, 5 times (one run started on strongside, then later on had Whirlwind > weakside off the foot :x. Also linked Spinning Symp Egg to Toe Drifter bsos, which is the first non-BOP trick I've ever hit out of it )
- Whirlwind x 5
- Bed > Dim > Bed > Dim > Fog > Dim > Fog > Dim > Blurry Whirl
- Spinning Rev. Swirl x 2 bs

Hopefully this hamstring issue will clear up so I can start drilling everything again. But in the meantime, expect more Spinning Symp Eggs all ova yo face! 8)

dayumn son! Transcanada props.

I have a trick for you to try -- pdx illusioning symp butterfly reverse swirl.

The dexes actually flow nice. With all your egg/rev sw success I think you could manage it.

Peace.
