I have to do a psychology project and i want to do something with footbag! Anyone got any ideas?

There are many options. You can investigate online community or what creates the commitment needed to progress in footbag. You can find out why some people like 4square or net more than freestyle or why shreditas look so good.

There are many options. + more that I don't even know yet!

i actually did a psychology project on the effects of group activites vs solo activities on percieved levels of stress, using footbag as the group activity (well circle kicking :S ) and lap swimming as the solo activity. it was based off a bunch of other tests that had been done on the same topic but theirs had controll groups, ran longer, and didn't use footbag. i had a limited time frame, test group, funds and materials, but i got an A+. maybe try something down that road?

You should analyse what passer-by's responses are to seeing people shred.

Since Footbag is difficult to learn, and most people are lazy quitters, seeing awesome shredders should illicit certain responses.

Maybe set up the shred video cam so it records the people passing by instead of the shredders.

Then later, you can make inferences about the passer-bys based on , behaviors, body type , sex, race, height , or weight.

Do the passers-by insult the sport,because they can't do it?

or are they impressed?

Take into consideration what issues and biases might appeal to your teacher, and frame the study parameters to reflect that.
