Well, so far so good. I'm on day 5 of my new health and footbag program. I feel like I have 10x more energy, and I am able to play footbag for longer without getting frustrated. I hit some new stuff and my strings are looking ok. I just played footbag in study hall all period, I'm going to make this a regular routine, and also have a session after school with the crew.

Ending with a 2 mile run and I'm feeling very good and energetic. Being healthy rocks! My next plan of action is to quit bad habits. This may take more time to do, but it can't hurt to try.

Today I drilled a lot of stuff in my study halls. Mostly basic drills, but they really help with a lot of concepts. One of them I was doing was,
Smear > pixie ss mirag > pixie ss osis > stepping ss mirage Rpt.
I really liked the feel of it for some reason. I did lots of drills like this, mostly toe and clipper shuffle, not much of spin's and ducks. But I'm feeling strong and full of energy still. Tonight after work I will go on another 2 mile run, and repeat the process tommorow! Peace out!

Oh yah and I did get my flip furious back, and its easier to do now than it ever was.

Holy Shiite!

Lots of snow this morning, snowed in til late thursday probably! This calls for a good opportunity to play footbag inside all day and school my weak concepts. Also a good opportunity to go out on the four wheeler and attach a sled to it. Sounds like a good fuckin day to me, the only problem is it's valentines day and i'm stuck here while my girlfriend is stuck in greenwich. Oh well, will have to make the best of it.

Haven't posted in awhile, things are going good with the new program, taking my vitamins, and shakes, running every day sometimes 2 times a day. Shred is really good, long strings of guiltless/tripless/fearless/ and some 6's in there. Lots of new drills I'll put down what I can remember. Sorry for the bland and short post, I am in a bad mood lately, my girlfriend and I have been fighting a lot about stupid little stuff. Things just aren't going well and it sucks because we have been together for so long. Maybe we just have to give eachother space, that would probably help. I'm just so confused, I will never understand the mind of a girl, crazy things go on in there.....

I need to go to a footbag tournament very badly, it's like my getaway sanctuary. Whens the next one on the east coast?
