Nice stuffs you've been hitting lately, I really like the :

Dimwalk>ripwalk>pdx whirl

And I don't think it will be better with sidewalk.

For you flip pixie, here's a few idea that been helping me getting it stronger lately. When training by myself I start like a run every 3 runs ( at least ) with a flip PLO. If I drop or do it shitty I just start back until I can do it correctly. And ( even if I guess you know that ) really try to get the same motion than with the other leg, I was doing the set with my left leg more leggy style and I just began to do them hippy like my other leg. It's much better now. And an important thing is NEVER cold start, I stopped doing that lately and saw results instantly in my game.

I will guess that the problem with flip pixie is probably maybe the left toe form and maybe the set too. Few easy drills you probably know too but they helped me. You may wan't to think to do them it will help you:

left leg stall > (plant as fast as possible ) SS stall > rpt ( until you drop and I was doing like 2 or 3 of this every sessions and in like 2 weeks flip pixie got really better )

legover > pixie set > rpt

I guess there's many things ( if not all ) you know in that post, but work on that flip pixie, you'll thanx yourself later when learning other sets especially fairy ( if you wan't to learn it ).

I guess she liked the drawing, she didn't really respond too much. Except for, "Aww, thanks."

(Did I ever say that it was a Valentine's Day gift? The flower was)

Meh.

I got PS Whirl.

Depresseddd mood lately.

Thanks for the post Mathieu! I will be sure to try those drills!

They seem like they will work, I really hope it helps my god-awful flip pixie.

Butter>PDX Mirage rpt. 6 contacts.

I could do better, that was after only trying for eight minutes last night. I was tired.

Why does everyone want to dance? I don't like it.

I have to drill flip, I really suck.

Pixie Paradon>PS Whirl. Would be my first 5>5, but I think the whirl was the. I'll try it again.
Pixie Symp Whirling Rake.
And lots of other rake moves.

And I'm so close to my sick 3. I can get the first two moves, easy. Just a matter of getting either luck, or drilling it.

Hey thanks for the blogpost man. Tis' nice to know people read it. :D
Props on the near 5>5! Nail it perfect next time.

Just drill the shit out of that Sick 3 man! What I find helps out with just a part of a Sick 3, try setting from the second move and go for the 3rd. Once you get that down hitting the whole thing is easy, you may already be doing that, but just in case. 8) You can do it!

Yeah man, my shins are killing me too. this is gonna suck if track starts and i have shin splintz. But its pretty sweet that i'm gonna be allowed to replace some practices with shredding. you should seriousely do pole vault with me. you don't have to take it seriousely at all, but we'de be able to shred off and on during practices.

Awesome man. Just keep on going at it! Bad luck on shin splints though. Heal up quick and hit that 5>5.
Thanks for the blog post again. :D Those bags are disgustingly perfect. I really am afraid to shred with them for fear of etting them dirty... too late though. I hit my 3rd ever Flip Whirl with the Holly bag and hit a perfect full downtime Whirl with the Brinard bag. They're really visible too.

Good luck with that Sick 3 bud!

Worked on the last link in my sick 3, got it 1/5 in like, 10 tests. Sometimes I got it twice, sometimes none...

Hehe.

Flip Paradon.
DOD bs (strong side is kinda rev whirly, I'll see if I can fix it)
Throwing flip far legover around quite a bit, and I used flip PLO to start quite a few strings today.
I figured out why Dyno was retarded for me (it's a downtime move, dumbass!).

I think my shin splints are gone. Rest works, people.
