Reverse Whirling/Whipping Swirl (Helix)

SET>OP OUT [DEX]>OP BACK (SWIRL)[DEX]>SAME CLIP [XBD][DEL]

Im having a hard time hitting this trick, i have treid it at least 100 times I think my problem is either set hight or when i start the dex, or both. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

attack the rev whirl while the bag is still rising, dex with the rev whirl while the bag peaks, and make sure to have all your weight on the symple swirl leg as you're doing the first dex so you can rip that second dex around. Remember, small set, good posture, attack on the way up, and rip out that swirl.

Just keep practicing.
