Tips for bending my knee (a LOT) less on Clippers.
Tips for bending my knee (a LOT) less on Clippers.
Seriously, I didn't even know I did this until I saw myself on video a few days ago. This just makes everything set from Clipper really ineffecient; Stepping takes way more effort than it should. I really don't know how to fix this as muscle memory bends my knee way down everytime I go for Xbody. Some help would be much appreciated.

Trick tips or beginners forums might be of more help.
Anyway, which knee are you talking about? I assume it is the support leg.
I'd say you should take the 75% support leg cushion, and the 25% clipper foot cushion, and make 'em 50% 50%. See what happens more to your liking.. Maybe have a session or two completely clipper leg cushioning, and then mix them up, maybe the muscle memory will become a bit more both sided.

You're probably not using your quads enough on one side, and overcompensating with your hamstring and glutes.
I have a similar problem on one of my clippers and I think it stemmed from how I used to mostly delay the bag by bending my knee rather than bringing my delaying leg down with the bag.
I think the only way to fix the problem, is to reprogram your muscle memory. That means lots of drilling where you'll need to consciously think about how you're doing a clipper each time you do one.
