Inside-set Fairy/Shut (Neo)

i cant get my neo set to go straight up all of the time and when it does go up the right way i cant seem to figure out what i did... tips...tricks??? thanks.

neo set done most perfectly will look like inside set > ss hippy atomic dex. concentrate on getting the bag to go straight up from an inside stall, THEN dexing. make sure you're not releasing the bag when it's under your leg or from frigid position (ie: after you've began dexing). once you can get inside stall to go straight up, then you just have to toss your knee over it on the way up.

i can easily set very straight and high from inside i just gotta get the muscle motion down...my foot doesnt like to rotate that way. i guess i'll just learnn flipside first.
