So I'm basically looking for any advice on what to say. his is nothing major but some input would be appreciated. should i give a brief history of the sport and lead into basic trick?! Meh i don't really know.

I was a bit confused at first, you should clarify that I think you mean 'college,' as in a university, rather than collage, bunch of pictures on a poster.
But I suggest you work out a narrative, as to what she'll be asking you in the interview. Just let it flow, she'll tell you if she needs more info, and how in depth to go, etc.
