How do these climacools look for shreddage? Ive never owned climas but i didnt know the had netted toes.

Definetly not the clima's you would be looking for, at all. Those almost look like a hiking shoe of some sort.

Dude, no offense, but a person with 693 posts is expected to tell by looking at photos which shoes are shredable, and which ones are not...I mean just by looking at the sole it's pretty obvious these shoes are not flexible at all.

My advice to you: quit modified, stop shopping for shoes, start training. I'm serious.

I don't think it's a matter of how hard he trains. It's a matter of him not being familiar with Clima's. I have very little idea about what to look for in Clima's besides the name "Climacool 1". It was a legitamite question in my eye's.

Dude, cut him some slack, he's never had any experience with climas (to my knowledge) and he's just trying to get some helpful feedback from the community.Your advice doesn't seem to make much since to me because quitting modified would only keep him from knowing what qualities a good clima shoe needs for footbag.(And, yes Ben does train a lot)

Quitting modified, ha, thats the funniest thing ive heard all night. The way I figure and go about doing things regarding footbag is my philosophy which is, the way to get good at anything is to practice and research. The more you know about something, the higher the chance of success. Knowledge is power brother. I definitely dont advise telling any footbagger to quit modified no matter how hard he trains of how serious he is about footbag because the truth is there is alot of information on modified, and to take it away from someone for such riddiculous reasons is riddiculous. Also remember that attitude is a very large determining factor to anything. Wheres the Respect? Thanks for watching out for me to all my friends

Btw,
I have had several pairs of Lavers, all of which have holes worn in the sole, except for one pair. I noticed goonit are3 pretty similar to Lavers but seemingly with less of a toe box. I also realized that it is impossible to get an accurate understanding of how the shoe will perform. What would be a good shoe for someone who has had nothing buyt Lavers? I play barefoot alot so I wont have any stalling problems. Im just looking for a good reliable shoe!

i think you should have researched modified more and looked at the other available footbag clima pictures before posting a new thread about hiking shoes. i understand not knowing what climas are what, but there are hundreds of pictures, and mod tutorials that show you what the right climas are.

i dont think your lack of clima knowledge is from not footbagging. i know youre trying hard and you just wanted to know if those shoes are the right ones.

I should have done some research on how good are you before posting. Sorry if that offended you, I didn't really mean to. The only reason why I did that is because you have a ridiculus post/time ratio and I thought you were one of those kinds that only buy new shoes/bags, take photos and post them on modified. Sorry again.

Agreed. It's hard to swallow your pride sometimes but 9 times out of 10 it saves a lot of trouble. It's a nice quality to have.

I've bought a pair over a year ago and wanted to test climas. I've been really disapointed. I suggest one to stick with lavers/quantums or g-units.

And I think any tricks look better performed in lavers/quantums. That's just personal taste.

The good thing about climas would be traction and support I guess, but that's not what I'm looking for in a footbag shoe.

Some people at my school have those shoes, they have in my opinion the worst instep on the planet. Plus, the mesh on the inside has leather design stuff stitched everywhere.

I would stick to the normal gunits...
