well i had an awesome session despite the fact that my back has a pinched nerve in it from my stupid bed :x
i started off slow, and as i warmed up, the pain slowly went away, so i guess i should feel thankful (even knowing the pain is back again)

heres some highlights:
*gyro legover (new)
*pixie same dyno (new)
*pixie op dyno bs (new)
*flip gybas(new)
* footed the following: ps whirl bs, tomohawk, hatchet, whirr, ive landed all of them, very rarely, it was nice to just foot all of them in one session.
*dimwalk>pdx mirage>rpt (i did the drill twice in the session)
*parwalk bsos
*plo bsos
*spinning clipper>gyro osis bsos
*smear>magellan>plo (i got half the drill i just need to rpt it)
*whatelse?
*ducking clipper> whirl>rpt
*infinity>whirl>rpt>osis>whirl>osis>whirl>rpt 13 or 14 contacts, i dont remember
* DLO twice in one string
*footed my flip near DLO

but yeah kyle hewitt is on his way here right now, so hopefully i can have another good session tomorrow, and land a few flip side tricks like pdx drifter again, and blurry whirl.

we had a competition to see who could get the most unique tripless (jim didnt compete)

i got dimwalk>sidewalk>ripwalk>ripwalk>crispy torque>diving butter>ducking butter>ducking butter>symp whirl>dyno>dyno>drop on a spinning butter attempt.

(11 unique tripless if you were counting, the best i think ive gotten thus far)

that and i finally hit jims tough combo of diving osis>whirl>rpt, i think were going back for another session today, i think i may play dexless to take it easy on the knees,

peace :P

Sweet stuff man! Props on that run! And on Diving Osis>Whirl! I'm still waitin for my challenge to be hit. Hell, even a video of you attempting to hit it would satisfy me. I imagine you'd end up hurting yourself though so don't bother... unless you hit it of course. 8)

Heh, ok bud. Just don't hurt yourself too bad. If you bust your ass that's ok but no twisting ankles and such. :D Put some slow-mo in there too.

Dang thats alot of tripless! Thats mor3e than Ive ever gotten, unless you count atomsmasher, but that was long ago. You dont have to go completely dexless, basic dexes that are not whirls will prob be fine. Peace out homey, mad props.

well ive decided that since the jam is like 50 something days away, that im starting to get into tourney training mode. So you wont be getting any highlights from me until after MFJ, and there wont be any video either because A) my cameras broken (so no online comps for me :( ), and B) i want to be able to surprise people with a little bit of what ive learned. So heres my last shred highlights until after MFJ

*Hit every 5 ive ever hit in one session
*whirl>rip>rpt 8 contacts
*whirl>rev whirl>symp whirl bsos
*started thinking up my shred 30
*90 or something around that contacts of mostly tilt/guilt and a little trip (i think i hit diving butter and ducking osis once or twice)
*edit: lost 13% of my body fat since last year, i dont see it, but the scales dont lie

i was in the process of making a vid, and have some highlights on vid for some of those, but i wont release them until after mfj :P

so know all you can do is wait.

if your going to mfj: sweet lets shred!

if not: well, too bad..you have to wait, that sucks!

ill still post in here about life and whatnot, so its not like im leaving or anything ;)

before your to impressed by the 9 hour shred, maybe i should break it down a bit more...

it was like

2 hours>lunch>2 more of shed ish>sit around hang out>and like 4 and a half ish of random hack or "winning 11" so really as far as shred, it was like a max of 4 hours ;) and it was probably closer to 3, but i dont remember exactly what time i started so i rounded up

played kicky sack today, it was pretty fun. Played at bsu with kyle a little bit, hes getting pretty smooth, but he was wearing a bunny shirt that i thought looked pretty homosexual (my opinion ;) )i called him on it...he laughed...we went on with our day. i plan on doing the same thing tomorrow, he might even wear the same shirt if im lucky :P

i plassed my midterms, ive survived this half of the semesters battles, lets see if i can conquer war torn bsu...

oh yeah funny story....

right now the student body elections are going. Like a champ i walk into the student union building this morning and all of the candidates bombard me with "did you vote?", "wanna vote now?" blah blah blah, i ran away..like a racoon stuck in the corner..2 of them followed me one of them had brownies, and the other one had cinnimon rolls, they came up to me, and they more or less both said "vote for me and ill give you a [insert preffered pastry here]" so i decided to haggle with them, i said "what else can you offer me?" and they upped the ante to 2 pastrys a peice. Being the smart one i am i said "you both seem pretty good, is there anything you could offer me that i could benifit from?" and the one dude said "i want to drop the +/- system, and have a 24 hour library" and the other one said "ill throw in a quart of chocolate milk." I said "DEAL!" took the goods and went on my merry way...

moral of the story: never tempt poor college students in the morning when they are hungry, they may take advatage of you...

i ended up voting for the one i thought was better, but at the time, breakfast was my main priority lol.

footbag is going good, i cant wait for montana there are 49 days until mfj i cant wait, its going to be super fun, lately ive been really consistent!

its been about 6 months since ive been to any kind of jam/tournament so im really looking forward to mfj!!!!
