How do i hit these type of chords accurately without using my thumb? If I use my thumb i cant reposition fast enough the next chord.

neat sounding chord though I assume it is some sort of passing chord. I would just use my thumb, speed is about practice, difficulty is unlimited ;]

a 3 pinky
