FRUITY LOOPS

Post by QuantumBalance »

Guys, it's late and I'm tired. But listen.

I started play guitar once long ago yay. Eventually I cut up samples in Acid, then I messed with Cakewalk and Cool Edit Pro, then I finally Learned Cubase 2, then I learned Cubase 3 and messed with Ableton Reason and FL Studio (fruity loops). Now I have messed with them even more and have a LARGE Virtual Synth (VST) collection and I finally realize that

FL STUDIO RUUUUULES ! Oh my GOD it's so fun.

Ashley came over last night and I showed her this simple beat I made, it was whatevers, and while I showered she made her own beat... nice start! But then toniight it just all clicked and I made a CRAZY SHRED BEAT. Very Breakbeat sounding.

It's just a start, but its 55 seconds of intense! Anyway, the point is not the song, but how fun and cool this program is.

FL Studio 7 XXL Producer edition torrent.. google it.. its like 70 megs and AMAZING!

YOU CAN MAKE YOUR COMPUTER KEYBOARD INTO A PIANO>>. I MEAN WTF!

aight then.. goodnight :)

I agree that this program is tons of fun. I actually was messing around with it tonight. I recommend that anyone should mess around with it if you are bored/interested in music.

UPS is now using Postal Service songs in their commercials. How fitting.
FL7 is very fun to use even if you dont know the first thing about music you can make some nice beats just off the default instruments/drumkit.

I used to waste lots of time with the older versions of Fruity Loops. Developed a love hate relationship. I'll have to check out the new version...

If you like fruity loops, check out a program called ACID Pro 7.0, I think it might be from Sony or something. I like it alot more than FL, I believe most professionals use ACID Pro more than they use FL.

Edit: Errhh, I just reread your post and you apparently know what ACID is

I once spent countless hours making music in fruity loops, far before I ever heard of footbag.

I used two of the songs in shred videos I made actually.

Hmm, I kinda want to get back into it now..

You should check out 'trippin with trippin' on the kingstonfootbag website. It has my 'best' FL song, me playing at 6 months and Johnny playing at 1.5 years. :D
