Somebody put a LOT of time into making this. Cheesy, yes, but actually not half bad. Too bad they don't clarify "footbag" anywhere

- they only use it one time, when they mention a Hacky Sack footbag.

I always like to call behind the knee "squeeze" to differentiate it from a "pincher" which would be (and this is really tough with most shoes) pinched on top of the foot.
